SO ONE OF THE FIRST THINGS YOU DO AT A PARTICULAR SITE, THIS IS THE ENTIRE 1100 ACRES IS LOOK WHAT WE HAVE.

AND, YOU KNOW, YOU LOOK AT WHAT WE HAVE ON THIS PROPERTY.

AND I THINK THIS LITTLE STATEMENT CAME FROM ONE OF OUR MARKETING GROUPS.

AND I JUST THINK THIS RESONATES PROBABLY WITH EVERYBODY WAS AROUND HIM, IS THAT TODAY WE LIVE IN A TWO BEDROOM, THREE OFFICE HOME.

AND WE'RE LOOKING AT HOW DO WE MAKE OUR HOMES AND HOW DO WE MAKE OUR COMMUNITY BETTER LIVABLE COMMUNITY? SO WE CAME UP WITH THIS TAGLINE ABOUT NATURE AND NATURE IS THE NEW LUXURY TODAY.

AND SOMETHING THAT I THINK COULD RESONATE WITH, YOU KNOW, THE DIFFERENT AGE GROUPS, DIFFERENT STAGES OF HOMES OF PEOPLE WHO MAY BUY INTO PAYING THE TREE.

AND AS A SIMPLE, UH, YOU KNOW, ACTUALLY SIMPLE, SOMETIMES SIMPLE IS BETTER.

AND THAT'S SOMETHING THAT WE'RE LOOKING AT AND THEN REALLY INSPIRED ABOUT SOME ARTFUL EXPERIENCES THAT WE CAN BRING INTO THIS COMMUNITY.

SO THIS LITTLE, VERY CARTOONY SKETCH THAT ONE OF OUR PLANNERS DID, UH, TALKING ABOUT THIS WALK INSPIRED THAT YOUR PORCH OR YOUR HOME IS YOUR TRAILHEAD, AND THIS LOOKS VERY CARTOONY, BUT IT'S VERY SIMPLE IN THE FACT THAT, YOU KNOW, TRADITIONALLY WHEN WE GO TO OUR HOMES, WE RETREAT TO OUR BACKYARD, WE'RE MISSING THIS SOCIAL INTERACTION.

UM, YOU KNOW, THIS HEAVILY WOODED THAT'S THAT TENACITY, WE LOOK AT THIS AS A MAJOR AMENITY OR A MAJOR ASSET TO, UH, THE COMMUNITY.

SO ONE PIECE THAT, THAT ALL THIS KIND OF HIGHLIGHT IS, YOU KNOW, I CAN TODAY'S WORLD AND A, OF THESE MASTER PLANS ACROSS THE COUNTRY.

THERE'S THESE HEAVY INDOOR AMENITIES.

AND WHAT WE'RE LOOKING AT DOING IS, IS LEVERAGING THIS SITE HERE IN PARTICULARLY IT'S HEAVILY WOODED, IT COULD BE DEVELOPED, BUT WE'RE NOT DEVELOPING IT BECAUSE IT HAS A DYNAMIC VIEW OF THE LAKE IT'S PERCHED UP, STOP GREAT TREES AND HAVE A, MORE OF A HUMIDITY FIELD, AS YOU CAN SEE IN THESE IMAGES, YOU KNOW, IT'S REALLY EMBRACED AND, YOU KNOW, THE, THE OUTSIDE, YOU KNOW, TRYING TO GET INTO THE GAUGE IN THE WATER.

AND THEN THIS IS JUST KIND OF A ROUGH SKETCH THAT WE HAVE DONE, UH, REALLY TAKING SOME OF THE OUTDOOR PROGRAMMING, YOU KNOW, WITH MAYBE LIKE AN OUTPUT OF A BUILDING AND AN OBSERVATION TOWER FOOD TRUCK AREA.

I CAN LIST THEM OFF EVERYTHING FROM BUNNINGS TO JUNCOS, TO CARDINALS, ET CETERA, BUT IT'S VERY MUCH WHAT MAKES MCKINNEY UNIQUE, MY NATURE.
