AS WE LOOK AT RIDERSHIP WEAKEN, SEE STUDY GROWTH UNTIL MID MARCH OF 2020, AND THAT'S WHERE THE IMPACTS OF COVE IN 19 HIT. THEN FROM THERE, WE'VE HAD SOME OVERALL STEADY INCREASES SINCE THAT INITIAL DROP. MOST RECENTLY. THERE WERE 845 TOTAL TRIPS TAKEN IN OCTOBER AND 697 TOTAL TRIPS TAKEN IN NOVEMBER. BUT THAT COST HAS BEEN SLIGHTLY RISING RECENTLY AS WRITERS ARE BEGINNING TO VENTURE OUT A LITTLE BIT FURTHER. OVER THE LAST TWO MONTHS. THE AVERAGE TAXI COST PER TRIP WAS $15.51.

THIS TABLE SHOWS THE TOLL THE NUMBER OF TAXI TRIPS TAKEN BY LOW INCOME PARTICIPANTS IN COMPARISON TO TOTAL TAXI TRIPS. THAT IN THAT LAST COLUMN, YOU CAN SEE THE PERCENTAGE OF TAXI TRIPS THAT WERE TAKEN BY THE LOW INCOME PARTICIPANTS. AND THAT INCREASE THAT HAS HAPPENED OVER THE YEARS. THE RECENT DATA THAT WE'VE SEEN HAS REFLECTED THAT THERE'S A COMBINATION OF EXISTING WRITERS RETURNING TO WORK AS WELL AS NEW WRITERS ENTERING THEIR PROGRAM TO UTILIZE THE SERVICE TO TRAVEL TO THEIR PLACES OF EMPLOYMENT.

MCKINNEY HAS BEEN DISCUSSING. SO ESSENTIALLY WHAT WE'VE DISCUSSED AT THIS POINT WITH DARK PLANNERS AND WITH DC TODAY PLANNERS IS THAT WE WOULD HAVE A SERVICE MODEL WITH FOUR DEDICATED VEHICLES. ON BEN OVERFLOW OR SUPPLEMENTAL SERVICE WOULD BE PROVIDED BY A T AND C B THAT UBER LIFT OR ANOTHER, YOU KNOW, FEDERALLY OR. ANOTHER COMPANY THAT WE COULD USE FOR THAT FEDERAL COMPLIANCE. PEACE SO.
