I AM NOT VERY SHELTERED. PATRICIA JACKSON FACILITIES CONSTRUCTION MANAGER FOR THE CITY. WE'RE HERE THIS EVENING TO ASK YOUR CONSIDERATION FOR UP TO $3.5 MILLION IN TRES FUNDS. FOR THE EAST LOUISIANA PARKING LOT PROJECT. INCLUDES THE PURCHASE OF SOME LAND, THE RELOCATION EXPENSES, THE DESIGN AS WELL AS THE POTENTIAL CONSTRUCTION OF THAT. DO HAVE A COMPANION AGENDA ITEM ON THE REGULAR SESSION THIS EVENING FOR THE DESIGN CONTRACT FOR THAT. THERE ARE A NUMBER OF ITEMS THAT ARE LISTED AS POTENTIAL PROJECTS, INCLUDING CATALYST PROJECTS AND UNDERUTILIZED VACANT SIDES, BUILDINGS PROJECTS THAT ARE AVAILABLE FOR THIS FUNDING SOURCE. AND ONE OF THE THINGS THAT WAS INCLUDED IN VARIES OVERVIEW. WAS THAT THE TRANSIT VILLAGE, WHICH IS WHERE THIS PROJECT IS LOCATED, IS ONE OF THE AREAS OF ENTHUSIASTIC REVIEW. I WOULD PUT IT THAT WAY. WE'RE LOOKING AT THE REDEVELOPMENT OF THAT AREA WITH BUSINESSES AND RESTAURANTS AND OTHER THINGS AND THIS PARKING LOT PROJECT. WILL SERVICE NOT ONLY THE NEW CITY HALL, WHICH IS NORTH OF VIRGINIA, BUT THE OTHER BUSINESSES IN THE AREA, AS WELL AS THE FLOUR MILL AREA, TWO, SO LOTS OF AREAS FOR. USE OF THIS PARTICULAR PARKING LOT AND BE HAPPY TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS. QUESTIONS FROM HIS JACKSON. HAVE ANY KIND OF NOT TO EXCEED ON RELOCATION EXPENSES FOR THE. NO MENUS.

OKAY, SIR. THERE'S PROBABLY AN AUTOMATIC CAP BECAUSE OF THE STATUTORY AMOUNTS THAT YOU CAN PAY FOR RELOCATION ASSISTANCE, YOU ONLY PAY A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF THEIR CURRENT RENT. AND ONCE YOU'RE THERE THAT'S ALL YOU BACK. SO I DON'T THINK WE'RE CONSIDERING HIM. DON'T MEAN TONIGHT, ARE WE? NO, NO, NO. HE WAS JUST TALKING ABOUT THE EXPENSES BECAUSE IT WAS NEW LOCATIONS. THEY'RE SELLING IT TO US. RIGHT NOW, SO IT'S NOT IMMINENT DOMAIN. NO WAY HAVE A CONTRACT BY THE PROPERTY. BUT THE LOCATES RELOCATION EXPENSES CANNOT BE OVER A CERTAIN AMOUNT. HOW MUCH YOU WERE GONNA HAVE LEFT IN THE FUND. QUESTIONS AFTER I JUST HAVE THAT AFTER THIS CURRENTLY THERE'S ABOUT $6.8 MILLION AS I UNDERSTAND IT IN THE TURNS ONE FUND AND AT THE END OF THIS COMING YEAR, EVEN WITH THE $3.5 MILLION WILL BE $6 MILLION IN THAT FUND AT THE END OF THIS YEAR. EARTH NUMBER, HE SAID. WAS IT 6.8649 CURRENTLY $6.8 MILLION CURRENTLY. YEAH, I THINK THE IMPORTANT THING THERE. AS MR GRIMES POINTED OUT EARLIER WAS EARLIER TODAY, IT'S RECHARGING AT A. RATHER SUBSTANTIAL RATE $2 MILLION PLUS PER YEAR RECHARGE SO. ANY OTHER QUESTIONS, JACK. ANY OTHER QUESTIONS FOR MARK TOADY.

THEY JUST HAD A GOOD KNOWLEDGE. YOU'RE HERE, MARK. OKAY SO THIS IS A PUBLIC HEARING. DO WE HAVE ANYONE WHO WISHES TO SPEAK ON THE SIDE OF MYSTERY? EMPRESS. NO, OKAY. UH I WOULD ENTERTAIN A MOTION FOR BOTH PUBLIC HEARING AND FOR THE AUTUMN OF SOMEONE SO INCLINED MOTION TO CLOSE THE PUBLIC HEARING AND PROVE THE ATOM. YOU'RE FULLER FOR SAC OCEAN AND WHO WAS THAT SECOND COUNCIL IN FRANKLIN FOR SECOND ALL IN FAVOR. AYE OPPOSED. MR HAUSER. WE DON'T HAVE AN EXECUTIVE SESSION DOING. WOULD ENTERTAIN A MOTION TO ADJOURN, MOVED TO SECOND. HERE,
