[PUBLIC COMMENTS ON AGENDA ITEMS (For Non-Public Hearing Agenda Items)]

FOREST ITEM WILL BE ASKING IF ANYONE IS HERE THAT WOULD LIKE TO SPEAK ON A NON. END OF NON PUBLIC HEARING ITEM THAT'S NOT ON THE AGENDA OR ONE THAT IS ON THE AGENDA. IF YOU'RE HERE TONIGHT, AND YOU WOULD LIKE TO SPEAK ON SOMETHING. THAT DOES NOT HAVE A PUBLIC HEARING NOW WOULD BE THE TIME. BOOTY UNTIL IN COMMISSIONER'S. I'M HERE TO ASK FOR A LITTLE BIT OF HELP.

I'M LOOKING FOR A SECTION OF A MEETING THAT WAS HELD TWO WEEKS AGO. AND I'M HOPING SOMEONE MIGHT BE ABLE TO POINT IT OUT TO ME. SPECIFICALLY LOOKING FOR COMMENTS MADE TO THE COMMISSION BY ASSISTANT PLANNING DIRECTOR MARK DOTY, WHO TOLD THE COMMISSION IN A YEAR AND A HALF ADDITIONAL EXEMPTIONS THAT HAVE BEEN ADDED TO THE CITY'S NOISE ORDINANCE THAT THE CITY FOUND MUSIC PERFORMANCES WERE EXEMPT. FROM THOSE NOISE REGULATE REGULATIONS AND ME FROM NOISE REGULATIONS A COMMITTEE WHICH IS NOT GOOD, BECAUSE THIS MEANS ANYONE CAN PRETTY MUCH DO ANYTHING THEY LIKED WITH THE MUSIC PERFORMANCE, AND THERE'S NO REGULATIONS OR REQUIREMENTS FOR IT DOT HE SAID. SO THAT MEANS SOMEONE WHO IS HAVING A LIVE PERFORMANCE AT THE YARD, WHICH IS A LOCAL RESTAURANT, DOWNTOWN MCKINNEY OR SOMEONE WHO HAS SET UP MAYBE AN ACOUSTIC GUITAR IN A RESTAURANT IN ELDORADO OR SOMEWHERE LIKE THAT, AND NEIGHBORHOOD COULD HEAR THEM THEY WOULD BE ALLOWED TO DO THAT. THEN GOES ON TO SAY THAT THEY'VE HAD A NUMBER OF COMPLAINTS STUDYING NEIGHBORHOOD RESTAURANTS AND MUSICAL PERFORMANCES AT THOSE THIS COMMISSION APPROVED THE NOISE ORDINANCE MOVING FORWARD WITH THAT ON A 7 TO 0 VOTE. I'M KIND OF LOOKING FOR IS WHERE THIS IS AND THAT MEETING TWO WEEKS AGO BECAUSE I'VE REVIEWED THAT MEETING BACKWARDS AND FORWARDS AND I CAN'T SPINE WHERE MR DOTY IS ADDRESSING THIS COMMISSION TO DIRECTLY AND STATING THOSE FAX HERE BECAUSE THE FACTS STATED AT THE CITY COUNCIL MEETING. WE'RE MORE ABOUT MUSICAL PERFORMANCES IN DOWNTOWN MCKINNEY STREET SQUARE AREA BY STREET PERFORMERS. NOT BY LOCAL RESTAURANTS AND THE INTENT OF THIS ZONE ORDER NOW MAKES JUST SO YOU GUYS ARE KIND OF AWARE UNDER HOW THIS COULD BE ENFORCED. YOU'RE SITTING AT RICK'S CHOPHOUSE ON THE PATIO. YOU DON'T LIKE THE MUSIC BEING PLAYED AT LANDED. THAT IS NOW A VIOLATION. THINK IS SUBJECT TO THE CITY'S NOISE ORDINANCES. SO THERE IS A RAMIFICATION OF THIS AND I DON'T THINK ANYBODY REALIZED BECAUSE OF THE WAY THIS WAS PRESENTED. VERSUS THE WAY THIS IS ACTUALLY GOING TO BE COULD BE USED. SO AGAIN. I KNOW YOU GUYS CAN'T COMMENT.

I'M NOT REALLY LOOKING FOR THAT TONIGHT. I'M HOPING THAT SOMEBODY MIGHT REACH OUT LATER.

I LEFT MY EMAIL ADDRESS THE STATE WHERE WHERE EXACTLY THIS PARTICULAR ONE OF THE MEETING HAPPENED SO THAT I CAN REVIEW IT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME, AND I HOPE YOU GUYS HAVE A GOOD EVENING. THANK YOU, MR. BOOTH. WE DO HAVE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS. YOU WILL BE HEARING FROM MISS ARNOLD. REGARDING AN ANSWER TO YOUR QUESTION IS TOO. WHERE IS THE ITEM ON THE ON THE VIDEO? OKAY THANK YOU VERY MUCH. YOU BET. THANK YOU FOR BEING HERE. VERY MUCH. IS THERE ANYONE ELSE THAT WOULD LIKE TO SPEAK ON AN ITEM THAT DOES NOT HAVE A PUBLIC HEARING INVOLVED TONIGHT?
