WE'VE RECENTLY BROUGHT ON BOARD CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AT RISK THAT'S GOING TO BE WORKING WITH US ON SOME OF THE PRE CONSTRUCTION WORK. UM AND SO WE ARE MOVING FORWARD WITH THAT. THAT'S REALLY STARTING TO COME TOGETHER. WE'RE EXCITED ABOUT IT WILL BE A LOT MORE TO FOLLOW. WE DO EXPECT IT AROUND THIS TIME NEXT YEAR, CITY HALL WILL BE UNDER CONSTRUCTION CONSTRUCTION THAT NOTICED PROCEED, IS CURRENTLY SCHEDULED FIRST AROUND LATE AUGUST EARLY SEPTEMBER OF NEXT YEAR. SO THAT IS CONTINUING. AS YOU KNOW, IT'S GOING TO BE A CATALYST PROJECT FOR, UM, EAST OF HIGHWAY FIVE, CENTERED IN AND AROUND THE FLOUR MILL. AND THAT'S ALL VERY EXCITING FOR ME, KENNY.
