WITH EAST MCKINNEY LLC FOR THE FACADE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT AT 407 AND 4 15 EAST LOUISIANA STREET. CUT INDIAN COUNCIL MEMBER OF PHILLIPS AND COUNCIL WE ARE PRESENTING TONIGHT AGE APPLICATION FOR THE TRES ONE FACADE. FACADE IMPROVEMENT GRANTS UNDER VACANT NUMBER UTILIZED FOR THE FLOUR MILL PARCEL. AT 474 15, EAST LOUISIANA. JUST SOME BACKGROUND AND THIS IS A REQUEST FOR $25,000, WHICH IS KIND OF THE STANDARD AMOUNT UNDERNEATH OF VACANT AND UNDERLYING UNDERUTILIZED CATEGORY. THE FLOUR MILL IS ABOUT 14 1914 MILHOUSE FROM THE COLLIN COUNTY MYLAN ELEVATOR COMPANY. NO LONGER THE COLLIN COUNTY MYLAN ELEVATOR COMPANY. AS WE ALL KNOW , IT IS A REPRESENTATION OF OUR HISTORIC ARCHITECT, ARCHITECT, AGRICULTURAL EXCUSE ME AND INDUSTRIAL HISTORY AND IT IS ONE OF OUR NATIONAL REGISTER. PROPERTIES HERE IN TOWN. THE SCOPE OF THIS PROJECT IS THE REPLACEMENT REPAIR OF WINDOWPANES THROUGHOUT THE BUILDING. MANY OF THEM AS YOU CAN SEE FROM SOME OF THE IMAGES UP HERE ARE MISSING OR BROKEN. AND SO THIS PROJECT IS TO REPLACE A NUMBER OF THOSE WINDOWS TO RESTORE SOME LIGHT FIXTURES ON THE BUILDING THAT HISTORICALLY PICTURES AND TO REPLACE A PAIR OF DOORS. ON THE BUILDING WITH SOME IRON AND WOOD DOORS. AND STAFF FINDS THAT THIS MEETS THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE POLICY OF THE PROJECT. PLAN FOR TOURISM ONE AND WE RECOMMEND A PROOF. WE HAVE. WE HAVE A TOTAL OF 50,000 SQUARE FEET ON THE PROPERTY. AND 15,000. I HAVE. NOT BEEN REHABBED, WHICH IS PART OF THIS PROJECT, SO. THERE'S WE ALSO HAVE A BASEMENT THAT HASN'T BEEN REHAB. SO I WOULD SAY PROBABLY ABOUT HALF THE PROPERTY IS STILL NEEDING TO BE BROUGHT UP TO CODE.
