DADS 0394 THE 2021 TOURS TO ANNUAL REPORT BY CHANCE, MILLER CHANCE WELCOME. THE FLOOR IS YOURS. THANK YOU. GOOD AFTERNOON. CHANCE. MILLER FINANCIAL COMPLIANCE MANAGER. UM TO SET UP FAST. ALRIGHT SO WE'RE GOING BACK TO LAST FISCAL YEAR WHERE WE ARE REQUIRED BY THE STATE TO SEND THIS TO A FEW PARTIES AND ALSO PRESENTED TO Y'ALL COLLIN COUNTY, COLLIN COLLEGE AND MCKINNEY ISD. AND SO THIS IS THE REPORT WE SENT OUT. I WANT TO GO AHEAD AND SEE IF I CAN ONCE YOU GET TO THE BOTTOM, JUST SHOW YOU ALL THE BOUNDARY MAP BEFORE I ARE ABLE TO ZOOM OUT AT ALL, EMPRESS. I KNOW YOU ARE AWARE OF. IT WAS JUST AN F Y BEFORE WE START TO SEE WHAT AREA WE'RE TALKING ABOUT. YEAH, WE GO IF YOU WANT. ALRIGHT SO IT'S MAINLY THE AIRPORT, BUT IT COVERS LITTLE AREAS OUTSIDE OF IT AS WELL. LITTLE BIT TO THE EAST AND THE WEST. UM ARE ALRIGHT. SO I WANT TO GO BACK TO THE NUMBERS. I'M GONNA HIT THE NUMBERS AND I'LL BE HAPPY TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS FOR Y'ALL. OH, UM ABLE TO HOPES DRAWING ON IT. CAN YOU SCROLL DOWN A LITTLE BIT? I WANT TO SEE THAT FOR FOURTH PAGE EMPRESS. I DON'T KNOW. IT'S LIKE SHOWING ME THOSE HALF PAGES RIGHT NOW. OKAY, SO NUMBER ONE REVENUES FOR 2021. WAS 1.5 MILLION. THAT'S MAINLY PROPERTY TAX AND SALES TAX OR JUST ABOUT ALL OF IT. UM, LAST YEAR WE HAD 1.1 MILLION AND THOSE RESPECTIVE REVENUES AS WELL. SO THAT'S A 33% INCREASE YOUR REAR MOVING ON TO NUMBER TWO EXPENDITURES. UM WE ONLY HAD THE G AND A G N N EXPENSE, WHICH WAS 37,000. NUMBER THREE. WE HAVE NO DEBT ISSUED AGAINST HERS TO AT THIS TIME. NUMBER FOUR, SO THIS IS LOOKING AT THE PROPERTY TAX VALUES AS OF THE BASE YEAR COMPARED TO THIS TAX YEAR, SO THE BASE YEAR WAS 117 MILLION.AS OF THE END OF FISCAL YEAR, 21 IT WAS 206 MILLION, SO WE CAPTURED 89 MILLION AND APPRAISED VALUE. THAT WAS BACK INTO TOURIST TOO. WAS THAT WAS THAT THE END OF 20 OR 21? THAT'S TAX YEAR. 2020 SO THE WAY THAT IT LANDS OVER THE FISCAL YEARS ONE YEAR OFF, SO YEAH, THE END OF THE CALENDAR YEAR 2020. SO THAT IS UM SO MOVING OUT THAT I PRAISE VALUE OR MULTIPLE THAT BY A TAX RATE, AND SO THE CITY MCKINNEY PUT 453,000 AND TWO ARE THIRST TO A PROPERTY TAXES, CALLING COUNTY PUT 77,000. UM LAST YEAR FOR THOSE RESPECTIVE AREAS. MCKINNEY PUT IN 314,000.
SO WE HAD 140,000 MORE THAN THE PRIOR YEAR. COLLIN COUNTY PUT IN 53,000 LAST YEAR, SO WE HAD 20,000 MORE THAN THE PRIOR YEAR. I WAS A LITTLE BIT DOWN, YOU'LL SEE OURSELVES TAX NUMBERS BACK IN 2010. WE HAD 493,000. AS OF FISCAL YEAR, 2021. WE HAD 1.4 MILLION. SO WE CAPTURED 970,000 IN SALES TAX REVENUE FOR 2021. UM IF YOU CAN SCROLL DOWN A LITTLE BIT, AND CHRIS SUCKING THE SHOW, THE LAST LITTLE SLIME SO THAT TOTAL 1.5 MILLION AT THE VERY BOTTOM. WE HAVE OUR FUN BALANCE KIND OF SHOWS YOU THE HISTORY OF THE LAST FIVE YEARS. SO UM, WE STARTED THE YEAR OFF WITH 3.4 MILLION AND FUND BALANCE. WE HAD REVENUES OF 1.5 MILLION. WE HAVE THE G AND A EXPENSIVE 37,000. SO WE ENDED THE YEAR AT 4.89 MILLION AND FUND BALANCE. AND I'LL BE HAPPY TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS. ANY QUESTIONS? THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR THAT PRESENTATION.
