I'M GOING TO GO AHEAD AND SHOW THE BOUNDARY MAP AGAIN.

22,630 FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEM 26,000 AND RENOVATING HISTORIC BUILDINGS. 25,000 AT THIS TIME.

WE HAVE NO DEBT AGAINST HERS. ONE GOING TO OUR PROPERTY TAX. SO THIS IS BACK IN TAX YEAR.

2010 WE HAD A BASE VALUE OF $209 MILLION AND APPRAISED VALUES. UM AS OF TAX YEAR, 2020 THE CITY, MCKINNEY HAD 537 MILLION AND APPRAISED VALUES COMMON COUNTY AT 518 MILLION SO YOU CAN SEE THE WE HAD 327 MILLION AND CAPTURED APPRAISED VALUE FOR CITY OF MCKINNEY AND COMMON COUNTY WITH 310 MILLION UM, LAST YEAR THAT IS AN INCREASE OF CLOSE TO 60 MILLION IN THE CITY OF MCKINNEY OF A PRICE VALUE AND CLOSE TO ABOUT THE SAME FOR COLLIN COUNTY. PRAISES TO OR WHAT? ONCE WE MULTIPLY OUR PROPERTY TAX RATE. WHAT OUR REVENUES ARE THE CITY OF MCKINNEY CONTRIBUTED ONE POINT. 6,000,002 3RD ONE, AND COLLIN COUNTY AH! MADE A PAYMENT OF 267,002 TOURS. ONE. MOVING ON TO SALES TAX. SO WE HAD 2010. WE HAD 1.4 MILLION AND SALES TAX IN THAT AREA. WE ARE NOW AT 3.2 MILLION IN SALES TAX. THAT'S $1.8 MILLION. THAT IS FACTORED ARE, UM. MOVED INTO TOURISTS ONE AT THE END OF FISCAL YEAR THAT LAST YEAR WE HAD 1.2 MILLION, SO THAT'S AN INCREASE OF $600,000 REGARDING SALES TAX REVENUE. OUR TOTAL INCREMENT WAS 3.7 MILLION . YOU CAN SEE OUR TRENDS OF FUND BALANCE THERE AT THE BOTTOM. SO WE ENDED THE LAST YEAR AT 6.8 MILLION WITH OUR REVENUES OF 3.7 MILLION AND EXPENDITURES OF 4.7 MILLION WE ARE NOW AT 5.8 MILLION IN THE FUND BALANCE FOR CHAIRS ONE AND I'LL BE HAPPY TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS AT THIS TIME. THERE WERE SOME DELAYS WITH COVID AND THINGS GETTING DONE LAST YEAR, THEY MADE A BUNCH OF PROGRESS ON THE PROJECT. UM, AND THERE'S A FEW HICCUPS STILL KIND OF GOING ON. YOU CAN SEE THIS IS THE FACADE AS IT LOOKED IN 2019 BEFORE CONSTRUCTION STARTED. THERE IS TWO UNITS HERE. 1 17 AND 1 19 THIS PARTICULAR CASE THAT WE HAVE RIGHT HERE IS 1 17 DECIDE THAT'S BEEN GLAZED TO MOST OF OUR RECENT MEMORY. AND YOU CAN SEE ON THE BOTTOM OF THE PROPOSED FINAL FACADE OF RETURNING IT TO THAT HISTORIC LOOK. UM PUTTING IN NEW NEW WOULD STOREFRONTS AND KIND OF REPAIRING THOSE CAST IRON COLUMNS. STARING UP. AND SO THE TEAM, THE CONTRACTING TEAM AND THE OWNER ARE TRYING TO KIND OF GET THAT RESOLVED AS TO FINALIZING THAT SO THAT IT'S IN COMPLIANCE WITH WHAT THE TEXAS HISTORIC COMMISSION ONCE FOR THIS HISTORIC BUILDING. AND WHAT WE WANT, AND SO THAT'S WHAT'S REMAINING TO BE DONE ON THIS. ALSO REMAINING TO BE FIXED, ARE SOME REPAIRS TO THE CAST IRON COLUMNS ON THE 1 19 UNIT. IT'S ALL UNDER. IT'S ALL KIND OF ONE UNDER ONE PROJECT IN PERMITTING AND THE APPLICANT HAS REQUESTED THIS EXTENSION TO THE DEADLINE TO KIND OF PUSH IT OUT ANOTHER ANOTHER SIX MONTHS TO SEPTEMBER SO THAT THEY CAN GET THE CAST IRON COMPLETED. CATHERINE COLLIN RESTORATION COMPLETED AND ANY CHANGES TO THE DOORS AND WINDOWS FIXED. UM, THE. OWNER IS ACTIVELY WORKING WITH CONTRACTORS TO GET PRICES AND QUOTES ON THIS TO KIND OF GET THIS DONE AND MOVED ALONG. THEY HAVE BEEN WORKING ON IT OVER THE LAST SIX MONTHS SINCE THEIR LAST EXTENSION, BUT ARE STILL DEALING WITH SOME CONTRACTOR DELAYS IN THAT REGARD. STAFF SUPPORTS THE APPLICANTS REQUEST FOR THE EXTENSION BECAUSE WE THINK IT WILL BE A GOOD CONTRIBUTION TO THE HISTORIC FABRIC OF DOWNTOWN ONCE IT'S FINISHED AND REALLY CONTRIBUTE TO THE OVERALL FACADE. WEST LOUISIANA STREET. AND I STAND FOR ANY QUESTIONS.

THEIR BIGGEST HANG UP IS THOSE CAST IRON COLUMNS BECAUSE THEY WERE HIDDEN BEHIND THE BRICK. THEY DIDN'T FULLY UNDERSTAND WHAT THEY WERE GETTING INTO. ONCE THE BRICK CAME DOWN, SO REPAIRING THOSE SO THAT THEY LOOK HISTORICALLY CORRECT IS CHALLENGING. AND SO WE'VE ACTUALLY THEY WERE THEY WERE CHALLENGED. THEY WERE DIFFICULT TO WORK WITH. WE'VE GONE AND WE'VE GOT LEGAL HELP. BUT WE'VE ALSO ENGAGED ANOTHER CONTRACTOR TO GET THE PROJECT FINISHED. SO HE'S A LOCAL MCKINNEY CONTRACTOR. SO ANY OTHER QUESTIONS ANY OTHER QUESTIONS?
