EXCUSE ME. 1 12 NORTH TENNESSEE STREET. THIS IS UNDER THE CRITICAL MAINTENANCE CATEGORY BECAUSE ROOF REPAIRS FALL UNDER CRITICAL MAINTENANCE . THE PROPERTY OWNER LYNN ROCK PROPERTIES IS REQUESTING $9975. FOR A GRANT TOWARDS ROOF, REPLACEMENT OR ROOF REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT. THE BUILDING IS A CIRCUIT 18 95 BUILDING HERE ON THE SQUARE AND PART OF THE HISTORIC SHANE BLOCK. IS CONSIDERED A CONTRIBUTING BUILDING TO THE MCKINNEY COMMERCIAL NATIONAL REGISTER OF HISTORIC DISTRICT. IN 2021, THE APPLICANT RECEIVED A TOURIST GRANT OF 25,000 FOR REPAIR OF THEIR WITH STOREFRONT SO YOU MAY HAVE SEEN THEIR BRAND NEWISH. NOW IT'S BEEN A WHILE STOREFRONT THAT THEY HAVE THERE. THIS ONE IS FOR ROOF REPLACEMENT AND REPAIR. IT'S UNDER THE CRITICAL MAINTENANCE PROGRAM, WHICH PROVIDES A 50 50 MATCHING GRANT , SO THE PROJECT IS ESTIMATED TO HAVE BEEN 19,915. SO THEY'RE REQUESTING 50% OF THAT WHICH IS THE 99 75. YOU CAN SEE THIS IS PICTURES OF THE OLD ROOF. IT'S BEEN THERE A WHILE AND SO IT WAS IN NEED OF REPAIR. WHEN WE'RE TALKING ABOUT REEF REPLACEMENT.

IT'S NOT THE WHOLE STRUCTURE. THIS IS JUST THE ROOFING MEMBRANE AND SEALS AND FLASHING AND EVENTS AND THINGS LIKE THAT THAT ARE ON THE ROOF TO KEEP THE WATER OUT ON THE OUTSIDE WHERE IT BELONGS. UM AND THEN THIS IS JUST A PICTURE OF THE BUILDING. THIS IS WE BELIEVE THE APPLICANT HAS DONE ALL THE THINGS THAT THEY NEEDED TO SUBMIT FOR THE APPLICATION AND THESE MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE CRITICAL MAINTENANCE PROGRAM CATEGORY RATHER UNDERNEATH OF THE TOURIST ONE PROJECT PLAN, SO WE ARE RECOMMENDING APPROVAL.
