LEVEL INCENTIVES ARE AS FOLLOWS. THE PROPERTY NEEDS TO BE AT LEAST 40 YEARS OLD, WHICH THE SUN WAS BUILT IN 1935. THE OWNER NEEDS TO RECEIVE A LETTER OF ELIGIBILITY FROM THE CITY OF MCKINNEY, VERIFYING THAT PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS QUALIFY FOR REHABILITATION INCENTIVE. SO THIS ONE'S A LITTLE BIT DIFFERENT ON THIS ONE BECAUSE THE PROGRAM WAS PAUSED AT THE TIME. WE WERE NOT ACCEPTING NEW APPLICATIONS, SO THERE WAS NO FORMAL LETTER OF ELIGIBILITY. HOWEVER THEY DID RECEIVE AN APPROVED CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS FOR THE REHABILITATION OF THE PROPERTY PRIOR TO COMMENCING WORK. AND THEN ALSO NO LATER THAN 12 MONTHS FOLLOWING THE ISSUE ISSUANCE OF THE LETTER OF ELIGIBILITY THEY NEEDED TO COMPLETE OR CAUSE TO BE COMPLETED, VERIFIED ELIGIBLE IMPROVEMENTS HAVING COMBINED COST OF AT LEAST 10,000. SO IN YOUR PACKET, YOU'VE GOT A BREAKDOWN OF ALL THE COSTS AS WELL AS THE RECEIPTS. HOWEVER, I JUST WANTED TO GO OVER. THEY HAD OVER $10,000 AND IMPROVEMENTS, WHICH INCLUDED HVAC INSTALLATION. AND THEN THE BUILDINGS. WOOD FRAMING IS SUBSTANDARD AS THE CEILING JOISTS ARE SAGGING. THE FRAMING OF THE CEILINGS AND THE REAR OF THE BUILDING ARE FRAMED LOWER THAN STANDARD CEILING HEIGHTS. AND THE ROOF SAGGED IN THE REAR OF THE BUILDING. AND THEN THESE NEXT FEW SLIDES ARE JUST GOING TO SHOW US, UM JUST GENERALLY THE CONDITION OF THE PROPERTY. WHAT'S THERE RIGHT NOW?
