AUGUST OF 2016 WE WERE AT ABOUT 164,000. RESIDENTS AND NOW WE'RE AT 2 11 3 97, SO THE GROWTH CONTINUES, AND I WILL STAND FOR ANY QUESTIONS. QUESTIONS. THANK YOU, SIR. THANK YOU. HAPPY NEW YEAR. LISA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE. GOOD MORNING CHAIR. GOOD MORNING BOARD. PETER. I'LL START WITH YOU CAN NOW PURCHASE LIQUOR AND MCKINNEY, UM MCKINNEY WINE MERCHANT, I BELIEVE HAS PROPERLY GONE THROUGH ALL THE CHANNELS AND IS SELLING PACKAGE LIQUOR, SO HOPEFULLY WE'LL SEE. THERE'S MORE TO COME SINCE THE ELECTION AND, UM HOPEFULLY WE'LL SEE AN UPTICK IN SALES TAX AS WELL. I BELIEVE LAST TIME I CHECKED, IT WAS. IT'S BEEN A COUPLE OF WEEKS , BUT THERE WERE FOUR DIFFERENT PERMITS THAT WERE PEOPLE WHO WOULD APPLY FOR PERMITS. SO UM, HOPEFULLY WE'LL WE'LL BEGIN SEEING THE REVENUE COMING INTO THE CITY COFFERS, SO UM ALRIGHT . SO A COUPLE OF OTHER ITEMS FOR HOPE TO HAVE ON YOUR RADAR. OUR ANNUAL BUSINESS MEETING IS JANUARY 31ST, AND WE HAVE DR RAY PERRYMAN AND RENOWNED ECONOMIST AND TEXAS WHO'S GOING TO BE TALKING ABOUT THE ECONOMIC FORECAST AND GIVING US A LOOK INTO THE CRYSTAL BALL OF WHAT WE WILL BE DEALING WITH IN THE NEXT COMING, 12 MONTHS. UM WE ALSO HAVE A BUSY DAY ON FEBRUARY 9TH. WE'RE GOING TO BEGIN THE DAY WITH OUR FIRST CEO SERIES. THIS IS A LITTLE BIT SPECIAL, AND THE CEO SERIES IS ONE OF OUR MORE POPULAR EVENTS WHERE WE INVITE SOMEBODY FROM THE C SUITE TO COME IN, AND WE GET TO INTERVIEW THEM AND LEARN FROM THEIR EXPERIENCES THEIR JOURNEY. BUT WE ARE DOING THIS IN CONJUNCTION WITH BLACK HISTORY MONTH AND SO WE'RE PARTNERING WITH THE COLLIN COUNTY BLACK CHAMBER OF COMMERCE TO CO HOST THE EVENT, AND DEREK EVERS IS OUR FEATURED CEO. AND YOU ALL ARE VERY WELL AWARE AND KNOW DEREK. VERY WELL AS HE HELPED BUILD THE KAIZEN BUILDING THAT WE ARE NOW LOCATED IN SO HOPEFULLY WE'LL BE ABLE TO BE THERE TO SUPPORT HIM AS WE GET TO LEARN A LITTLE BIT MORE ABOUT WHO HE IS AND HOW HE GOT TO WHERE HE IS TODAY. UM AND THEN HE HOPEFULLY WILL BE CONTINUING ON WITH US LATER THAT EVENING. BECAUSE WE WILL BE HOLDING A JOINT OPEN HOUSE AS YOU PROBABLY ARE AWARE OF WITH A B, C AND C D. C TO SHOW OFF OUR NEW OFFICE SPACE, VERY EXCITED ABOUT THAT.

IT'S FROM 4 TO 6 P.M. OR GETTING THE MARKETING OUT AND FINALIZING SOME OF THOSE LOGISTICS. BUT WE LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING YOU, THEN WE ALSO WANT TO USE THIS AS AN OPPORTUNITY TO SHOWCASE THE BUILDING AS WELL. THERE IS SPACE STILL AVAILABLE. IT'S A VERY BEAUTIFUL BUILDING. LOTS OF AMENITIES. GREAT LOCATION. SHIN SO WE WANT TO BRING SOME BUSINESSES IN TO SEE WHAT'S HAPPENING IN OUR CORPORATE CENTER IN CRAIG BRANCH AND ALL THE GREAT WORK IN THE INVESTMENT THAT YOU PUT INTO MAKING THAT HAPPEN, UM, AND THEN LAST, BUT NOT LEAST, PLEASE MARK YOUR CALENDARS. COLLIN COUNTY DAYS INN AUSTIN IS GOING TO BE MARCH 28TH AND 29TH. WE SHOULD HAVE THE REGISTRATION LIVE. I DID FORWARD IN THE HOTEL ROOM BLOCK TO PETER. SO I WOULD SAY GET THOSE ROOMS BECAUSE THEY TEND TO FILL UP PRETTY QUICKLY. UM EVEN IF YOU DON'T REGISTER RIGHT AWAY , SO LOOKING FORWARD TO HAVING A GREAT CONTINGENCY OF BUSINESS LEADERS AND CITY AND CIVIC LEADERS DOWN IN AUSTIN DURING THAT TIME PERIOD. SO WITH THAT ALL STAND FOR ANY QUESTIONS. ANY QUESTIONS? THANK YOU VERY MUCH. THANK YOU SO MUCH. COMMUNITY BUMP CORPORATION. CINDY. GOOD MORNING. GOOD MORNING. THANK YOU FOR THE OPPORTUNITY TO BE HERE. JUST A COUPLE OF UPDATES. UM OUR BOARD MEETING WILL TAKE PLACE A WEEK FROM THURSDAY. THE 26TH. THE BOARD WILL TAKE ACTION ON 13 PROMOTIONAL GRANT REQUESTS THAT WERE RECEIVED OUT OF THE 13TH. TWO WERE FIRST TIMERS AND THE TOTAL AMOUNT REQUESTED AS LITTLE MORE THAN BUDGETED SO SOME DIFFICULT DECISIONS FOR THE BOARD TO MAKE. BUT THAT WILL HAPPEN ON THE 26TH. WE RECEIVED THREE PROJECT GRANT APPLICATIONS DURING THE DECEMBER APPLICATION PERIOD. MCKINNEY ROOTS, WHICH IS AN INTERESTING ORGANIZATION. I DON'T KNOW IF YOU'RE FAMILIAR WITH THEM THERE. AN INITIATIVE. THEY'RE ACTUALLY WITHIN THE SEED PROJECT FOUNDATION, AND THEY RAISED PRODUCE AND EGGS AND THEN DONATE ALL OF IT TO COMMUNITY FOOD PANTRIES AND RESTAURANTS THAT SERVE. UM PEOPLE WHO ARE HUNGRY, AND LAST YEAR THEY

[00:10:01]

DONATED 36,000 EGGS AND £12,000 OF PRODUCE, SO IT'S PRETTY AMAZING ORGANIZATION.

ADDITIONALLY THE MCKINNEY FLOUR MILL APPLIED FOR PROJECT GRANT AS WELL AS HER CRAIG HOUSE. AND THEN THE LAST THING THAT I MENTIONED IS AN UPDATE ON TUBS WERE CONTINUING TO PLAN ON, UM.

MARCH ONE DAY FOR OCCUPATION OF THE BREWERY AND BEGINNING TO BREW BEER THEY PLAN HAS BEEN PRESENTED TO FACE CONSTRUCTIONS SO THAT WE WOULD BE THE FIRST THING COMPLETED SO THAT THEY CAN ACTUALLY BEGIN THE PRODUCTION OF BEER AND THEN CONTINUE TO WORK ON THE REST OF THE SITE, WITH FULL OPENING AT THE END OF APRIL. AND WITH THAT, I'M HAPPY TO ANSWERING QUESTIONS.

QUESTION. THANK YOU. THANKS VERY MUCH. IS IT? MCKINNEY, ERIN. GOOD MORNING, MR CHAIR, MR PRESIDENT, MEMBERS OF THE BOARD ERIN WERNER WITH VISIT MCKINNEY EXCITED TO GIVE YOU A FEW UPDATES TODAY, ONE THIS PAST WEEKEND WAS THE MCKINNEY BRIDAL SHOW OUR MAIN STREET TEAMS NOT HERE. SO TAKE A SECOND TO BRAG ON THEIR SUCCESS. THAT'S MAINSTREAM AND IMPACT. ACTUALLY PUT THAT ON. THEY HAD A RECORD BREAKING ATTENDANCE OVER 500 PEOPLE REGISTERED FOR THAT BRIDAL SHOW. WE HAD A BOOTH THERE DOWN ON THE BOTTOM FLOOR. I WAS THERE FOR A FEW HOURS. AND JUST IN A COUPLE OF HOURS I WAS THERE WE HAD ABOUT 60. DIFFERENT PEOPLE COME UP AND GIVE US INFORMATION THAT ARE NEEDING ROOM BLOCKS FOR THEIR WEDDINGS. AND I'M SURE THAT NUMBER IS MUCH HIGHER NOW BECAUSE THERE WERE THOUGHTS ABOUT THREE HOURS LEFT OF THE SHOW, BUT PHENOMENAL SHOW A LOT OF ECONOMIC IMPACT FOR OUR COMMUNITY, NOT ONLY WITH OUR DEPARTMENT BUT WITH ALL THE OTHER VENDORS THAT ARE MCKINNEY RELATED, AND SO KUDOS TO THE MAIN STREET TEAM FOR THAT SHOW, AND IT'S CONTINUING TO GROW. ALSO THE INCENTIVE PACKAGE THE GROUP INCENTIVE PACKAGE THAT I MENTIONED PROBABLY BACK IN NOVEMBER. WE DO HAVE THAT PUT TOGETHER FOR THE MOST PART RIGHT NOW. WE HAVE IT OUT FOR FINAL APPROVALS WITH A FEW DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS. AND SO ONCE WE GET FINAL APPROVAL ON THAT THE WORDING HOW IT WORKS, AND THEN WE WILL START SHARING THIS WITH OUR LOCAL HOTELIERS, TEACHING THEM HOW TO USE IT. AND THE HOPES IS THAT THIS HAS BEEN AN INCENTIVE TO HELP US BRING IN SOME MORE GROUP BUSINESS THIS YEAR, SO IT'S A GREAT PILOT PROGRAM FOR US. WE'LL SEE HOW IT GOES AGAIN. LIKE I MENTIONED BEFORE. WE'RE REALLY PLAYING CATCH UP IN THIS CATEGORY BECAUSE OTHER COMMUNITIES HAVE SOMETHING, BUT WE DID MAKE OURS VERY COMPETITIVE. SO I'M PROUD OF WHAT WE PUT TOGETHER. WE HAVE , UH, OUR PROMOTIONAL GRANTS SIMILAR TO M C D CS, BUT OURS ARE REALLY GEARED FOR TOURISM RELATED EVENTS. OURS ARE LIVE RIGHT NOW. THEY ARE DUE FEBRUARY 10TH. AND SO I ENCOURAGE YOU. IF YOU CAN PLEASE SHARE THAT MESSAGE OUT WITH PEOPLE YOU HAVE IN YOUR COMMUNITIES. WE HAVE IT POSTED ALL OVER OUR WEBSITE ON OUR SOCIAL MEDIA AND STUFF, BUT WE LOVE TO HAVE SOME NEW APPLICANTS COME TO US. WE ALSO HAVE A STRATEGIC PLANNING SESSION COMING UP. THIS IS SOMETHING THAT I'VE HAD ON MY CHECKLIST SINCE I STARTED. I'M REALLY EXCITED TO PULL THIS TOGETHER. FEBRUARY 28TH COUNCIL GOALS WILL ALREADY BE SET BECAUSE THEIR WORK SESSION IS BEFORE ARE SO WE'LL KNOW WHAT THEIR PRIORITIES ARE. BEFORE WE GO INTO THE ROOM AND THEN WE HAVE SENT INVITES OUT TO MOST OF OUR PARTNER ORGANIZATIONS. M E. D. C INCLUDED TO PARTICIPATE IN PORTIONS OF THAT BECAUSE WE REALLY WANT EVERYONE IN THE ROOM WITH US. WE HAVE ALSO BEEN IT'S BEEN GRACIOUSLY ALLOWED TO HOST THAT AT THE END, UM E. D. C, N. C. D. C AND CHAMBER OFFICE SO WE GET TO GO AND USE YOUR NICE FACILITIES AND HAVE A COOL VIEW WHILE WE DO IT, SO THANK YOU FOR THAT. THE LAST THING I'LL LEAVE YOU WITH TODAY WITH WITH ALL OF OUR OTHER COMMUNICATIONS PARTNERS IN THE CITY, WE'VE STARTED GEARING UP FOR THE 19TH HOLE CAMPAIGN. BYRON IS KNOCKING ON OUR DOOR ALREADY, WHICH IS A CRAZY THOUGHT, BUT WE'RE GETTING READY TO START FIRING THAT UP IN OUR DIFFERENT CAMPAIGN AVENUES.

AND SO YOU'LL START SEEING THAT WE'RE ALSO MAKING OUR ROUNDS TRYING TO GET NEW RESTAURANTS VENUES PARTNERS LIKE THAT TO JOIN AND BE ON THE LIST. AND SO, UM PLEASE SHARE THAT INFORMATION . IF YOU SEE IT POSTED OR IF YOU SEE IT AROUND. WE LOVE YOUR HELP WITH THAT. AND, UM ACTUALLY, I DO HAVE ONE MORE. I'M SORRY. I'M GONNA GIVE YOU ONE MORE THING THAT MCKINNEY HOSPITALITY SHOWCASE. THIS IS SOMETHING I THINK I MENTIONED LAST TIME WE'RE GOING TO INDEPENDENT BANK.

THIS IS A PARTNERSHIP WITH YOU GUYS. AND WITH THIS TEAM RIGHT HERE, AND SO WE WE'VE GOT THAT SCHEDULE. WE'VE GOT THE INVITES OUT TO OUR HOSPITALITY PARTNERS , AND WE ARE GETTING PEOPLE SIGNING UP FOR IT. AND SO JUST IN THE FIRST WITHIN 30 MINUTES. WE HAD SOME PRETTY KEY. CATERERS AND OTHER INDUSTRY PARTNERS SIGN UPS. I KNOW WE'RE GOING TO BRING THEM OUR VERY BEST, AND WE'LL SEE HOW IT GOES. THIS COULD BE SOMETHING THAT WE DO AGAIN. OTHER LARGE ENTITIES BY BRINGING

[00:15:02]

THE HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY DIRECTLY TO THEM AND SHOWING THEM WHO THEY CAN USE AND HOW THEY CAN SPEND THEIR MONEY AND KEEP IT IN MCKINNEY. SO THAT'S ALL I'VE GOT. THANK YOU ANY QUESTIONS? THANK YOU. THANK YOU VERY MUCH APPRECIATE IT. LAST MONTH LEAST I'VE GOT A FEW COMMENTS. FIRST OF ALL, HAPPY NEW YEAR TO EVERYBODY. AND WE, UH ON THE BOARD LOOK FORWARD TO 2023. HOPEFULLY MOVING FORWARD WITH SOME ROBUST PROJECTS THAT WE'VE BEEN WORKING ON. A FEW THINGS THAT INTERNALLY WE'VE BEEN DISCUSSING CONSISTENT WITH OUR BYLAWS, ONE OF THE THINGS THAT WE'RE GOING TO DO THIS YEAR IS WE'RE GOING TO ESTABLISH A GOVERNANCE SUBCOMMITTEE, UH, MADE UP OF MYSELF, THE BOARD VICE CHAIR AND MR DENNISON AND THE PURPOSE OF THIS IS REALLY NOTHING UNIQUE. IT'S ESSENTIALLY TO HAVE A SUBCOMMITTEE THAT CAN NUMBER ONE MEET PERIODICALLY WITH OUR PRESIDENT, JUST TO THAT'S JUST GENERALLY SEE WHERE WE ARE RELATIVE TO OUR GOALS THAT WE ESTABLISHED THAT OUR ANNUAL RETREAT THAT WE'RE HAVING IN JANUARY. AND, UH, YOU KNOW, JUST TO SEE WHERE WE ARE THROUGHOUT THE YEAR, PROBABLY DOING THAT, AT LEAST ON A QUARTERLY BASIS. ALSO ALLOW US TO INTERFACE UH MORE WITH OUR UH , COUNCIL LIAISON. SEE MANAGER'S OFFICE BECAUSE OBVIOUSLY WE WANT WE HAVE QUORUM ISSUES, SO IT GIVES AN OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE SURE THAT WE ARE WORKING WELL IN TERMS OF THE PARTY THAT DOES APPOINT US TO HELP FACILITATE THEIR PROJECTS AND THINGS THAT THEY'RE GOING. THEY'RE DOING. AND THEN ALSO TO PERIODICALLY REVIEW THE BYLAWS AND FRANKLY FORMALIZED. SOME OF THE PROCESSES AND PROCEDURES THAT WE HAVE AS A BOARD. SO THAT WE AS WE HAVE OUR MEETINGS WERE CONSISTENTLY ACTING. IN CONJUNCTION WITH WHAT THOSE POLICIES AND PROCEDURES ARE. AND NOT NECESSARILY CHANGING THEM.

FROM MEETING TO MEETING SO THAT'S UH, ONE OF THE THINGS THAT WE'RE GOING TO BE WORKING ON. SECONDLY WE HAVE OUR BOARD RETREAT. I BELIEVE JANUARY 24TH OR 25TH 24TH. WHERE WE WILL BE DISCUSSING THE IMMEDIACY STRATEGIC GOALS. AS WE GO FORWARD INTO THE YEAR, AND I KNOW THE CITY COUNCIL IS HAVING THEIR MEETING IN FEBRUARY. AND MY HOPE IS THAT AFTER THE CITY COUNCIL HAS THEIR MEETING THAT WE CAN SOME POINT HAVE A JOINT MEETING. WITH OUR BOARD IN THE CITY COUNCIL, BECAUSE AGAIN AS IT IS, IN ORDER FOR US TO BE EFFECTIVE. WE WANT TO MAKE SURE THAT WE ARE IN LINE WITH THE CITY COUNCIL GOALS FOR ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT FOR THE CITY OF MCKINNEY AS WELL SO THOSE ARE JUST A FEW THINGS THAT HOPEFULLY AS WE MOVE INTO THIS FIRST QUARTER AND INTO THE NEW YEAR THAT WILL ASSIST US AS A BOARD IN MOVING FORWARD WITH WITH OUR BUSINESS AS AN ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION. AND THAT'S ALL I HAVE. SO NEXT. WE

[Consider/Discuss MEDC Monthly Organizational Report]

HAVE 22 12 TO 8. CONSIDER DISCUSSING BDC MONTHLY ORGANIZATIONAL REPORT. THANK YOU, MR CHAIRMAN. NOTHING. IN ADDITION TO THE REPORT. THE LITTLE EXTRA COMMENTS I WAS GOING TO MAKE. I THINK EVERYONE HAS COVERED SO FAR REMIND EVERYBODY ABOUT THE STRATEGIC PLANNING ON JULY JANUARY, 24TH UM, AGAIN. AT LEAST I MENTIONED THE OPEN HOUSE ALREADY AND CALLING COLLIN COUNTY DAYS. THE ONLY THING I DO HAVE AN ADDITION AS I WOULD LIKE TO. I KNOW LISA MENTIONED VERY QUICKLY THE EFFECT THAT WE HAVE PACKAGED LIQUOR SALES NOW MCKINNEY WITH MCKINNEY, WINE MERCHANT. I JUST LIKE THE PUBLICLY SAY THANK YOU TO HER LEADERSHIP IN THE CHAMBERS LEADERSHIP TAKING ON THAT WAS A HERCULEAN EFFORT, HALF OF THE CHAMBER THAT IS GOING TO GREATLY BENEFIT THE CITY. I KNOW THE CITY AND OUR COMPONENT USES A DCC DCC. YOU HAVE TO KIND OF TAKE A NEUTRAL STANCE ON THAT, BECAUSE IT IS A VOTER ITEM SO AGAIN. WELL DONE ON THAT. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR LEADERSHIP ON THAT AND GETTING THAT PAST. WE APPRECIATE

[Consider/Discuss MEDC Monthly KPI Metrics Report]

THAT. 22 1229. IMMEDIACY MONTHLY KPI METRICS REPORT. SO WE HAVE KIND OF A JUST AN OVERVIEW OF WHERE WE'RE AT. WHAT KIND OF USE IT AGAIN. WE HAVE OUR STRATEGIC PLANNING MEETING ON 24TH. WILL THAT WILL RESET A LOT OF THESE METRICS. SO WE'RE JUST GOING BY LAST YEAR'S METRICS, AND THESE ARE SOME OF THE NUMBERS. UM IT'S KIND OF A COMBINATION OF LAST YEAR AND THE KIND OF INTERVIEW YEAR NUMBERS SO WE WON'T JUST WHAT WAS THEIR DECEMBER NUMBERS, SINCE ALL OF OUR REPORTING STUFF IS DONE A MONTH IN ARREARS. SO UM, LOOKING AT OUR CAPITAL INVESTMENT. OBVIOUSLY WE KNOW WE STRUGGLED CAPITAL INVESTMENT FOR THE YEAR, ALTHOUGH WE HAVE A VERY ROBUST PROJECT PIPELINE THAT WE'VE BEEN WORKING ON. IT'S JUST SOME YEARS CONTRACTS GET SIGNED SOME YEARS THEY GO TO THE NEXT YEAR, SO WE EXPECT THIS YEAR TO SIGN AND GET A LOT OF MORE OF THOSE PROJECTS THAT WE'RE WORKING ON, ACTUALLY SIGNED IT. FINALIZE THIS YEAR. AGAIN ROBUST PROJECT PIPELINE WE'VE GOT 2.6 BELIEVES 2.6, OR $28 BILLION CURRENTLY PROJECTS IN PROCESS. EMAIL MARKETING RATE

[00:20:04]

. UM IS ONE OF THE TOPICS OF DISCUSSION WE'RE GONNA HAVE. I BELIEVE LUKE'S DONE SOME RESEARCH, UM TO LOOK AT WHAT YOU KNOW, KIND OF MORE. NORMAL WE SET THE BAR HIGH 40% I THINK WE'RE AT 30% RIGHT NOW. SO WE'RE GONNA THAT'S ONE OF THE THINGS WE'RE GONNA DISCUSS, BUT WE HAVE GREAT. UM NUMBERS ACROSS THE BOARD, ESPECIALLY WITH OUR PRESENCE AT NOW THAT COVID REGULATIONS HAVE BEEN LINING UP, UNABLE TO ATTEND A LOT MORE TRADE SHOWS AND EVENTS, WHICH IS, UH, GIVING US A LOT MORE LEADS AND A LOT MORE PROJECT ACTIVITIES. SO UM RIGHT NOW WE'RE. SO AND FEBRUARY WE WILL ACTUALLY PRESENT ARE FULL 2022 KPI REPORT, UM, ON HOW WE DID FOR THE YEAR, SO WE WILL RESET. AT OUR STRATEGIC PLANNING AT THE END OF THIS MONTH AND THEN PRESENT LAST YEAR'S NUMBERS NEXT MONTH. QUESTIONS. NEXT. WE HAVE REGULAR AGENDA ITEM. 1230

[Consider/Discuss/Act on the November 2022 Financials]

CONSIDERED DISCUSS ACT ON NOVEMBER 2022 FINANCIALS. GOOD MORNING TRANSMITTER. FINANCIAL COMPLIANCE MANAGER WILL BE GOING OVER THE NO. MID NOVEMBER FINANCIALS. TODAY IS THE SECOND MONTH OF OUR FISCAL YEAR. SEE IF WE CAN GO AHEAD AND GO TO OUR SECOND SHEET. ALRIGHT. SO LETS THE INCOME STATEMENTS OF REVENUES. WE HAD ONE POINT AND CLOSE TO TWO MILLION, WHICH IS MAINLY SELLS TAX REVENUE. UM GOING DOWN TO EXPENSES WE HAD 168,000 AND OPERATIONAL EXPENSES. YOU CAN SEE IT HAS BROKEN OUT BETWEEN PERSONAL SUPPLIES ARE PERSONAL OR PERSONNEL SUPPLIES AND SERVICE. SERVICES UM, GOING ON THE PROJECTS. WE HAD 396,000 PROJECT EXPENSES FOR THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER AND YOU MIGHT HAVE SCROLL DOWN A LITTLE BIT. I THINK IT'S GOING TO TAKE ME TO THE NEXT PAGE, BUT WE HAD 237,000 NON DEPARTMENTAL EXPENSES. THOSE ARE MOSTLY OUR MONTHLY TRANSFER TO THE INS FUND FOR Y'ALL'S YEARLY DEBT SERVICE PAYMENTS. UM LET'S MOVE ON TO THE SALES TAX BY SISTER OKAY? FOR THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER. THE SUPPLIES THE SALES TAX FOR SEPTEMBER. SO THESE ARE SEPTEMBER CELLS. WE HAD A 10.4% INCREASE. ALLEN HAD A 10% INCREASE FRISCO OUT OF 16.7% INCREASE IN PLANO SAW 2% DECREASE AFTER FACTORING OUT ALL THE AUDIT ADJUSTMENTS AND VARIOUS OTHER INFORMATION, THE TRUE INDICATORS ARE WE HAD A WE'RE RIGHT IN LINE. 10.55% STYLES AN ACCURATE NUMBER FOR US, BUT ALLEN'S WAS ACTUALLY A 12.5% INCREASE. FRISCO'S WAS A LITTLE LOWER AT AROUND 14.5% INCREASE. PLANO ACTUALLY SAW INCREASED 3% BUT LAST YEAR THEY HAD A LARGE AUDIT ADJUSTMENTS.

THAT'S WHAT SHOWING THAT NEGATIVE, UM FOR THIS YEAR, AND WE'RE LOOKING AT OUR YEAR TODAY AT 12.9% INCREASE OBVIOUSLY WE HAVE SOME ARE BIG MONTHS COMING IN COMING AHEAD WITH DECEMBER SEEING HOW THAT COMES OUT WITH SALES TAX AND ALL THAT, AS WE MOVE FORWARD. AND LAST PART WILL TOUCH ON IF YOU DON'T MIND SCROLLING DOWN TO GET THE SO WE HAD A LITTLE BIT DIFFERENT MONTH THAN USUAL FOR ANALYTICS IN THIS REGARD. IF WE'RE LOOKING BY INDUSTRIES, YOU CAN SEE THAT OUR RETAIL TRADE ONLY WENT UP 3% THAT'S USUALLY OUR MAIN INDICATOR IF WE'RE HAVING AN INCREASE OR DECREASE, BUT IN REALITY CONSTRUCTION AH BROUGHT US 207,000. INCREASE THIS YEAR, SO I WAS AN INCREASE OF 64% AND ALL THE MONARCH CATEGORIES. UM 58% INCREASE, WHICH BROUGHT AN EXTRA 225,000. SO IF YOU'RE LOOKING AT A MONTH TO MONTH BASIS, IT'S HARD TO TAKE MUCH OUT OF THIS. WE'LL SEE HOW NEXT MONTH COMES IN. AND WHAT KIND OF FACTOR ALL THAT IN, BUT IF WE START SEEING RESULTS, TRADE, UM, SHOWING THAT 34% INCREASE IN THAT KIND OF MUD WHAT WE'D EXPECT MOVING FORWARD BECAUSE THAT'S THE MORE SUSTAINABLE INCREASES THAT WE GET CONSTRUCTION ALWAYS FUNCTIONAL FLUX SITES LIKE THIS. IN THE PREVIOUS MONTHS, WE HAD A DECREASE. SO THAT'S JUST HOW THE INDUSTRY WORKS OUT LIKE THAT. BUT THE MAIN INDICATOR RIGHT HERE IS RETAIL TRADE. AS YOU CAN SEE, UM, THAT MAKES UP THE MAJORITY OF OUR, UM SALES TAX REVENUE AND I'LL BE HAPPY TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS. UTILITY COSTS, TOO. IF WE JUST LOOK FROM A CITIZEN'S PERSPECTIVE, UTILITIES AND WASTE MANAGEMENT WERE THE SECOND 3RD, 4TH, 3RD AND 4TH BIGGEST JUMP. CORRECT. YEAH THAT'S VERY THAT'S THAT'S A GOOD POINT. RECOGNIZE AS WELL MOST OF THAT FROM THE ELECTRIC COMPANIES AND ALL THAT, BUT YEAH. THE QUESTIONS IS REAL.

MHM. I NEED A MOTION TO APPROVE THE FINANCIALS. I MOVE TO APPROVE HIS PRESENTED THANKS. MR CAIN. READING. SO SECOND BY MR JONES. PLEASE CATCH THE VOTES. BUT IT DOESN'T WORK, SO I'M IN
