NICE TO SEE YOU ALL WE ARE HERE TODAY FOR A TRES APPLICATION REQUEST FOR THE PROPERTY AT FOR THE COCKTAIL CREAMERY ON EAST VIRGINIA STREET. THIS ONE IS FOR CRITICAL MAINTENANCE FOR MAKING THE NECESSARY PLUMBING MODIFICATIONS AND REPAIRS THAT WOULD BE ASSOCIATED WITH THE BUILDING BUILT IN ABOUT 1920. IT WAS JUST FOR A LITTLE BACKGROUND THE BUILDING HAD WAS BUILT ABOUT 1920. THEN THERE'S BEEN A FEW OTHER MODIFICATIONS LIKE YOU CAN SEE THAT TRANSOM WINDOWS THERE ON THE STOREFRONT WERE OPENED UP AND NEW WARNINGS PUT ON AND THINGS LIKE THAT. UM THE INCOMING TENANTS IS COCKTAIL CREAMY. YOU MAY RECOGNIZE THEM FROM BEING AT THE PANTRY DOWN THE STREET WHEN THE PANTRY WAS OPEN ON LOUISIANA, SO THEY'RE MOVING ALONG. THE TOTAL ELIGIBLE WORK. INCLUDED IN THIS REQUEST IS $20,000. BUT SINCE THIS IS A CRITICAL MAINTENANCE PROJECT, IT'S A 50 50 GRANT APPLICATIONS GRANT. MADE HERE AND SO THE REQUEST WOULD BE FOR $10,462.50 . UM AND THAT'S PRETTY MUCH IT A NUTSHELL. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS, THE OWNER AND THE CONTRACTOR HERE AND I STAND FOR ANY QUESTIONS.
