PROPERTY IS IMMEDIATELY ADJACENT TO AN EXISTING CAR WASH AND FITNESS STUDIO TO THE NORTH AND WEST. THERE ARE ALSO APPROVED PLANS FOR MEDICAL CLINIC AND MINOR VEHICLE REPAIRED TO THE SOUTH. THE SUBJECT PROPERTY. IT HAS A MEDIA ACCESS TO CUSTOMER ROAD, WHICH IS DESIGNATED AS A PRINCIPAL ARTERIAL ROADWAY IN OUR THIRD FAIR PLAN.
