PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION MEETING OF TUESDAY, JULY THE 23RD, 2024. THE COMMISSIONERS THAT YOU SEE SEATED BEFORE YOU HAVE BEEN APPOINTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL. AND WE SERVE AT THE PLEASURE OF THAT SAME CITY COUNCIL. TONIGHT, IF AN ITEM HAS A PUBLIC HEARING ATTACHED AND YOU'RE HERE TO SPEAK ON AN ITEM BEFORE YOU COME TO THE PODIUM, PLEASE FILL OUT ONE OF THE YELLOW SPEAKER CARDS. THOSE CARDS ARE ON THE TABLE OUTSIDE OF THE ROOM ON THAT CARD, WE'LL NEED YOUR NAME AND ADDRESS. THE ITEM NUMBER. AND THEN IF YOU HAVE A PARTICULAR POSITION ON THAT ITEM AND THEN WHEN YOU COME TO THE PODIUM, GIVE IT TO A STAFF MEMBER ON THE FRONT ROW.

YOU COME TO THE PODIUM, YOU'LL HAVE THREE MINUTES TO SHARE YOUR THOUGHTS, YOUR CONCERNS WITH US.

WE DO APPRECIATE YOU BEING HERE. WE WOULD APPRECIATE EVERYONE STICKING WITH THAT THREE MINUTE SCHEDULE. IF YOU'RE HERE TONIGHT AND PLAN ON SPEAKING ON A NON PUBLIC HEARING ITEM, AN EXAMPLE OF THAT WOULD BE THE MINUTES OF OUR LAST PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION MEETING, OR THE DIRECTOR'S REPORT. PLEASE COME TO THE PODIUM. ALL RIGHT. SEEING NONE WE DO NEED. I'M SORRY.

[CONSENT ITEMS]

WE'LL MOVE ON TO THE CONSENT ITEMS. FIRST ITEM IS TWO EIGHT. DASH 181 ONE MINUTES OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION WORK SESSION OF JULY THE 9TH, 2024. AND ITEM 24-181 TWO MINUTES OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION REGULAR MEETING OF JULY 9TH, 2024. OH YEAH, AND I'LL SKIP THAT. WE'LL COME RIGHT BACK. YEAH, WE SKIPPED DIRECTOR'S REPORT.

CHAIR. WE'LL COME BACK HERE IN A SECOND. WE'RE SOMEWHAT COMMITTED NOW ON THESE MINUTES. SO WE DO, EITHER ANSWER QUESTIONS OR MOTIONS TO APPROVE THE MINUTES FROM OUR LAST TWO MEETINGS.

MOTION TO APPROVE THE MINUTES FROM THE P AND Z WORK SESSION OF JULY 9TH, AS WELL AS THE REGULAR MEETING OF JULY NINTH. WE HAVE A MOTION BY MISS WATER TO APPROVE THE MINUTES, ITEM 24-1811. IN ITEM 24-1812. SECOND. SECOND. BY MR. LEBEAU. ANY DISCUSSION? PLEASE CAST YOUR VOTES. LET'S SEE IF ANYBODY'S GOT IT. WE'RE ALL MANUAL. I. READ THAT. MOTION CARRIES. WE'RE

[Director’s Report]

GOING TO BACK UP ONE ITEM TO THE DIRECTOR'S REPORT, MISS STRICKLAND UP OR MISS ARNOLD? HI, THERE, JUST AS AN INFORMATION SHARING ITEM AS WE LIKE TO DO EVERY QUARTER IS TO PROVIDE JUST AN UPDATE ON ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN BEFORE THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION THAT ULTIMATELY WERE CONSIDERED BY THE COUNCIL. YOU WILL SEE IN THAT DIRECTOR'S REPORT THAT FOR THE LAST QUARTER, WE ONLY HAD A HANDFUL OF ITEMS GO THROUGH, ALL OF WHICH WERE WHERE THE COUNCIL SUPPORTED THE ULTIMATE RECOMMENDATION OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION, JUST FOR THE RECORD, I KNOW THAT WE DID HAVE A RATHER CONTENTIOUS ITEM AT THE LAST P AND Z MEETING.

THAT ITEM IS TECHNICALLY IN THE THIRD QUARTER, SO THAT WILL SHOW UP IN YOUR THIRD QUARTER REPORT.

IT HAS NOT YET BEEN BEFORE THE CITY COUNCIL. SO THAT WILL ACTUALLY HAPPEN HERE IN A COUPLE OF WEEKS. SO I WANTED TO BRING THAT ONE UP BECAUSE I KNOW IT WAS A HOT TOPIC AT THE LAST MEETING, BUT OTHERWISE DIRECTOR'S REPORT SEEMS TO BE SHOW CLEAR ALIGNMENT BETWEEN P AND Z AND CITY COUNCIL. I'M HAPPY TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS, JENNIFER, THERE ARE TWO ITEMS ON HERE THAT WERE TABLED INDEFINITELY THAT RECEIVED, P AND Z APPROVAL. WE DID. SO YOU'RE LOOKING AT THE LUXURY ELITE GARAGES, TWO THREE. THE VERY FIRST ONE ON THE LIST. OH, WAY BACK THERE. YES. SO ULTIMATELY, WHEN WE TABLE AN ITEM INDEFINITELY, ESSENTIALLY THAT JUST MEANS THAT WE DON'T KNOW WHEN IT'S GOING TO COME BACK EITHER, FOR REASONS WITH THE APPLICANT OR THE PROJECT HAS FALLEN THROUGH. SO, IF IT WAS TABLED INDEFINITELY AND ULTIMATELY CAME, WENT TO BOTH P AND Z AND CITY COUNCIL, NO ACTION WAS TAKEN ON THOSE. AND THE PROJECT COULD COME BACK IN THE FUTURE. BUT WE DON'T KNOW THAT RESTS WITH THE APPLICANT AT THIS POINT. AND ONE LAST QUESTION ON THE, MUNICIPAL FACILITIES TABLE INDEFINITELY, I BELIEVE WE ENDED UP WORKING IT OUT SO THAT A REZONING WAS NOT REQUIRED FOR THAT ONE. PERFECT.

YEP ANYONE ELSE? THIS IS GOOD INFORMATION. AND WE APPRECIATE YOU, YOU AND THE STAFF PULLING

[Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on a Variance to a Site Plan for a Multi-Family Development (Spur 399 Multi-Family), Located at 3549 Medical Center Drive]

THIS TOGETHER FOR US. THANK YOU. THIS IS AN INFORMATIONAL ITEM ONLY. WE'LL NOW MOVE ON TO, THE REGULAR AGENDA. THESE WILL BE PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS. THE FIRST ITEM IS 22-0075 SP A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER A VARIANCE TO A SITE PLAN FOR A MULTIFAMILY DEVELOPMENT. SPUR 399

[00:05:04]

DEVELOPMENT. THIS IS AT 3549 MEDICAL CENTER DRIVE. MR. BENNETT. GOOD EVENING. THANK YOU VERY MUCH, MR. CHAIRMAN. GOOD EVENING. COMMISSION JAKE BENNETT, PLANNER WITH THE CITY OF MCKINNEY, SO, AS YOU KNOW, SITE PLANS ARE USUALLY APPROVED AT THE STAFF LEVEL. HOWEVER, WHEN A DESIGN EXCEPTION OR A VARIANCE SUCH AS THIS ONE IS REQUESTED, IT REQUIRES APPROVAL FROM PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION. THIS SITE PLAN WAS REVIEWED UNDER CHAPTER 146 OF THE OLD CODE, AS IT WAS SUBMITTED PRIOR TO THE ADOPTION OF THE UDC. THIS IS A VARIANCE FOR AN ALTERNATIVE SCREENING DEVICE REQUESTED BY A PROPOSED MULTIFAMILY RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF MEDICAL CENTER DRIVE IN SPUR THREE, 99, SECTION 140 6-1 39IN THE ZONING ORDINANCE REQUIRES THAT MULTIFAMILY PARKING BE SCREENED FROM PUBLIC RIGHTS OF WAY, INSTEAD OF PROVIDING ONE OF THE PERMITTED SCREENING DEVICES LISTED IN THE CODE. THE APPLICANT IS PROPOSING TO PROVIDE EVERGREEN SCREENING SHRUBS THAT ARE PLANTED AT THREE FEET IN HEIGHT AND SPACED THREE FEET ON CENTER. THESE SHRUBS SHOULD GROW TO BE A SIX FOOT TALL, FULLY OPAQUE SCREENING DEVICE. ONCE MATURE, THE APPLICANT IS ALSO PROVIDING A SIX FOOT TALL ORNAMENTAL IRON FENCE, ALONG THE SOUTHERN BOUNDARY. ALONG WITH THE SHRUBS AND THE ORNAMENTAL FENCE. THE APPLICANT HAS PROVIDED THE REQUIRED CANOPY TREES AND THE ROADWAY FRONTAGE, WHICH SHOULD HELP SCREEN THE PARKING FROM THE RIGHT OF WAY AS WELL. THE PROPOSED PARKING AREA THAT IS REQUIRED TO BE SCREENED IS BETWEEN 15 AND 25FT LOWER IN GRADE THAN 3.99, AND IS LOCATED APPROXIMATELY 110FT FROM SPUR THREE. SPUR 399 AT ITS CLOSEST POINT, SO IT REQUIRED SCREENING DEVICE WOULD LIKELY NOT SCREEN THE PARKING AS INTENDED UNDER THE OLD CODE DUE TO THE DISTANCE FROM THE SPUR 399 AND THE DIFFERENCE IN GRADE BETWEEN THE ROADWAY AND THE PARKING. STAFF RECOMMENDS APPROVAL OF THE REQUESTED VARIANCE, AND I'LL STAND FOR ANY QUESTIONS. THANK YOU. JAKE. QUESTIONS? ANYONE NOPE. JAKE. THANK YOU. IS OUR APPLICANT HERE TONIGHT? I BELIEVE SO.

GOOD EVENING, COMMISSIONER MICHAEL PULASKI, 6160 WARREN PARKWAY, FRISCO, TEXAS. I'M THE LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT ON THE PROJECT, AND HAPPY TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS. ANYONE HAVE A QUESTION OF THE ARCHITECT? THE APPLICANT ON THE PROJECT? SEE HOW EASY THAT WAS? SIR? THANKS FOR BEING HERE. OF COURSE. YOU'RE DISMISSED. THANK YOU. THIS IS A PUBLIC HEARING ITEM.

IF YOU COME TONIGHT AND WOULD LIKE TO ADDRESS PLANNING AND ZONING ON THIS PROPOSED VARIANCE TO A SITE PLAN, PLEASE COME TO THE PODIUM. I'LL MAKE A MOTION TO CLOSE THE PUBLIC HEARING AND APPROVE. 0075 SP MOTION. MR. LEBEAU, TO CLOSE THE PUBLIC HEARING CONDITIONS AND THE STAFF REPORT AND APPROVE THE ITEM AS PER STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS, INCLUDING ANY CONDITIONS LISTED IN THE STAFF REPORT. SECOND. SECOND BY MR. TAYLOR. JESSE. SORRY. MR. CONRAD, ANY DISCUSSION? PLEASE CAST YOUR VOTES. I. VOTES. THAT MOTION CARRIES BY A VOTE OF SEVEN IN FAVOR AND ZERO AGAINST. THAT VARIANCE HAS BEEN APPROVED, THE NEXT ITEM TONIGHT

[Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on a Specific Use Permit Request for Minor Vehicle Repair (Service Street Auto), Located at 4051 South Lake Forest Drive]

IS 24-0013 SUPP, CONDUCT A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER A SPECIFIC USE PERMIT FOR MINOR VEHICLE REPAIR SERVICE. STREET AUTO. THIS IS LOCATED AT 44051 SOUTH LAKE FOREST DRIVE. THANK YOU. CHAIRMAN. GOOD AFTERNOON, COMMISSIONERS STEWART, STORY PLANNER FOR THE CITY OF MCKINNE.

THE REQUEST FOR A SPECIFIC USE PERMIT ALLOWING FOR A MINOR VEHICLE REPAIR. USE THE SITE IS JUST OFF THE HARD CORNER OF TWO MAJOR ARTERIAL ROADWAYS IN MCKINNEY RANCH PARKWAY AND SOUTH LAKE FOREST DRIVE, AND IT'S PART OF A LARGER LOT THAT HAS BEEN ZONED FOR COMMERCIAL USES SINCE 2000. THE APPLICANT PROPOSES TO ORIENT THE SERVICE BAY DOORS AWAY FROM THE PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY, WHICH SHOULD MINIMIZE THE VIEW OF THE BAYS AND CREATE AN IMPROVED STREETSCAPE ALONG MCKINNEY RANCH PARKWAY. ALTHOUGH NOT A DIRECT CRITERION FOR CONSIDERATION OF THE SUP, STAFF ALSO NOTES THAT THERE ARE NO OTHER STANDALONE AUTO REPAIR DEVELOPMENTS NEARBY, AND THE REMAINDER OF THE SITE IS SET TO DEVELOP FOR NEIGHBORHOOD RETAIL AND SERVICE USES. THEREFORE,

[00:10:01]

STAFF RECOMMENDS APPROVAL OF THE PROPOSED SPECIFIC USE PERMIT REQUEST. I'LL STAND FOR ANY QUESTIONS. QUESTIONS ANYONE, YES, I HAVE ONE, WHAT ABOUT, CARS BEING LEFT OVERNIGHT FOR REPAIR IN THE PARKING LOT? YEAH. SO, THEY, WE CONVENED WITH THE STAFF AND, WE AGREED THAT, THEY MET THE REQUIREMENTS BASED ON THE ON THE USE, SINCE IT'S NOT GOING TO BE A MAJOR, VEHICLE REPAIR. THANK YOU. SO, STEWART, ONE OF THE REQUIREMENTS IS THAT ANY OVERNIGHT STORAGE IS SCREENED. ANY VEHICLES ON SITE WOULD BE SCREENED. CORRECT AND, IT'S, NOT, FORESEEN FOR ANY OF, THESE VEHICLES SINCE IT'S, GOING TO BE A ALL MINOR, REPAIRS, NONE OF THEM ARE FORESEEN TO, STAY OVERNIGHT. VERY GOOD. ANYONE ELSE? THANK YOU. IS OUR APPLICANT HERE TONIGHT? YES.

GOOD EVENING. CLAY CHRISTIE, CLAYMORE ENGINEERING, 1903 CENTRAL DRIVE, APPRECIATE YOUR TIME THIS EVENING, WE'VE BEEN WORKING WITH CAITLIN AND STEWART ON THIS SITE. IF YOU REMEMBER, IN THE LAST PNC MEETING THAT RAN A LITTLE LONG, WE WERE THE LAST AGENDA ITEM, AND SO IT'S A MUCH EARLIER EVENING THIS EVENING, WHICH I APPRECIATE. I'M SURE YOU ALL DO AS WELL, SO A COUPLE THINGS ON THE SERVICE STREET. AUTO, JUST TO KIND OF GIVE A LITTLE HISTORY. IS THAT.

PREVIOUSLY ON BEFORE WE REZONE THE PROPERTY. IT WAS IT HAD A BASE C3 ZONING, BUT UNFORTUNATELY WITH THE OVERLAY RESTRICTIONS, THE WIDTH OF THE LOTS AND EVERYTHING ELSE, WE HAD TO COME BACK AND REZONE IT. AND SO WE REZONED IT TO C2, WHICH THEN UNFORTUNATELY DID REMOVE OUR THE ALLOWED USE FOR THE MINOR SERVICE AUTO THAT WE HAVE PROPOSED TODAY. SO WE'RE BACK BEFORE YOU AGAIN, HERE WITH US. I KNOW THERE WAS QUESTIONS ABOUT OVERNIGHT PARKING FOR THE VEHICLES AND EVERYTHING ELSE, SERVICE STREET AUTO ISN'T A MAJOR AUTO REPAIR. IT'S A IT'S GOING TO BE A PLACE. IT'S KIND OF A. IT'S A PLACE WHERE YOU COME IN, YOU PARK, YOU GO IN THE BUILDING, YOU GET YOUR OIL CHANGED. THE TEXT WILL THEN COME OUT. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR CAR, THEY'LL CIRCULATE IT AROUND TO THE BACK OF THE BUILDING, INTO THE APPROPRIATE BAY. THERE'LL BE FOUR BAYS, ON THIS LOCATION. THEY'LL DO THE SERVICE APPROPRIATELY. THAT'S, YOU KNOW, FOR WHATEVER YOU'RE GETTING. NEED WHETHER YOUR TIRES ROTATED, OIL CHANGE, DIFFERENT THINGS LIKE THAT. IF THERE'S A DIAGNOSTIC NEEDING TO BE RUN ON YOUR CHECK ENGINE. SO FOR IN REGARDS TO OVERNIGHT, THEY DON'T DO THE HEAVY AUTO REPAIR. IT'S NOT A PLACE THAT YOU'RE GOING TO GO REPLACE YOUR FULL ENGINE, AND YOUR CAR IS GOING TO BE THERE FOR THREE WEEKS, IN THE EVENT IT'S NOT ANTICIPATED, LIKE STEWART MENTIONED, IT'S NOT ANTICIPATED THAT CARS WOULD REMAIN THERE OVERNIGHT IN THE EVENT THAT THE CAR IS DISABLED OR SOMETHING'S NOT ABLE TO BE MOVED. THE INTENT AND WHAT WE HAVE TALKED ABOUT WITH STAFF AND EVERYTHING ELSE IS THAT ANYTHING WOULD BE STORED INSIDE IN THE BAY SO THAT IT WOULD NOT BE VISIBLE AND IT WOULD NOT BE THERE. SO, WHILE THAT IS NOT ANTICIPATED WITH THE PROJECT, WE DO HAVE A PREPARED PLAN, JUST IN CASE YOU KNOW, SOMETHING DOES COME UP THERE AND WE DO SOMETHING DOES NEED TO BE THAT, AND SO WITH THAT STANDARD, IT WOULD BE FULLY ENCLOSED IN THE GARAGE DOORS AND THE GARAGE BAY.

AND WITH THAT, I'M HAPPY TO ENTERTAIN. ANY OTHER QUESTIONS? ANYONE HOW MANY, OIL CHANGE SERVICE BUSINESSES ARE NEAR YOU AND HOW CLOSE ARE THEY? OVERALL, I KNOW THERE'S NOT ANY IN CLOSE PROXIMITY HERE. I DON'T KNOW, I DON'T WANT TO MISSPEAK AND TELL YOU WHERE THE CLOSEST ONE IS TO HERE. I'M NOT. I'M NOT POSITIVE ON THAT. I KNOW THAT WHENEVER WE LOOKED AT IT AND I MEAN, WE'VE TALKED WITH STAFF ABOUT IT WHENEVER WE MET WITH THEM, THERE'S NOT ONE IN CLOSE PROXIMITY HERE, BUT I OFF THE TOP OF MY HEAD, I DON'T KNOW HOW, YOU KNOW, IN MILES HOW FAR THAT IT IS. SO WE ACTUALLY REVIEWED IT AS STAFF AND THEY'RE THE CLOSEST ONE IS A LITTLE OVER HALF A MILE AND A HALF. OKAY. THANK YOU CAITLIN. SO, SERVICE STREET AUTO IS PRESENT HERE AND EVERYTHING ELSE. I THINK THE CLOSEST SERVICE STREET AUTO THAT I'M AWARE OF, THERE MIGHT BE ANOTHER, BUT I BELIEVE IT'S IN FRISCO. SO YOU SAID ALL CHANGES AND THEN YOU SAID SOMETHING ABOUT TIRE ROTATION. NO BRAKES OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT. THEY'LL DO ANYTHING ASSOCIATED WITH THAT SO THEY CAN DO LIKE YOUR, YOUR PAD REPLACEMENT OR SOMETHING SMALL LIKE THAT AND EVERYTHING ELSE THAT CAN BE TYPICALLY COMPLETED ALL WITHIN, YOU KNOW, A COUPLE HOURS OF LABOR AND THINGS LIKE THAT, THERE'S NOT THE BIG HEAVY AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR. WE DON'T HAVE, YOU KNOW, WHENEVER CARS LIKE IN A WRECK OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT, WE DON'T HAVE WRECKED VEHICLES COMING TO

[00:15:02]

THE SERVICE STREET AUTO, THE VEHICLES, THEY THEY COULD BE IF THERE WAS SOMETHING THAT HAPPENED, THEY THAT BECAME DISABLED, THAT THEY IF IT'S SOMETHING SMALL, THEY CAN HELP DO THAT. LIKE, SAY YOUR YOUR ALTERNATOR GOES OUT AND YOUR CAR WON'T START AND THEY CAN'T GET IT TO WORK OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT. THEY CAN BRING IT THERE, FIX IT AND DO THAT, THAT THAT'S THE SCOPE OF SERVICES THAT THEY OFFER. SERVICE, STREET. ANYONE ELSE? VERY GOOD, MR. CHRISTIE.

THANK YOU. THIS IS A PUBLIC HEARING ITEM. IF YOU COME TONIGHT AND YOU WOULD LIKE TO ADDRESS PLANNING AND ZONING REGARDING THIS PROPOSED SUP, PLEASE COME TO THE PODIUM. MAKE A MOTION TO CLOSE THE PUBLIC HEARING. YOU HAVE A MOTION BY MR. LUPO TO CLOSE THE PUBLIC HEARING. SECOND. SECOND BY MR. WHATLEY. ANY DISCUSSION? ALL THOSE IN FAVOR, RAISE YOUR HAND.

ALL THOSE OPPOSED? SAME SIGN. THAT MOTION CARRIES. THE PUBLIC HEARING HAS BEEN CLOSED. MEMBERS WHO HAVE QUESTIONS OR COMMENTS, MOTIONS. ANYONE ELSE GOT SOMETHING ON HIS MIND? NO. I ASKED MY QUESTION. YOU MIGHT HAVE A MOTION ON ON THE ITEM. MAKE THIS GUY HAVE A HEART ATTACK. DID YOU HAVE A QUESTION? OH OKAY. I'LL MAKE A MOTION TO APPROVE SCP 0013 WITH STAFF CONDITIONS. WE HAVE A MOTION BY MR. LOBO TO APPROVE THE ITEM, 24-0013 SUP. INCLUDING ANY STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS? SECOND. SECOND BY MR. WHATLEY. IS THERE ANY DISCUSSION? ALL THOSE IN FAVOR, SAY AYE. AYE. THOSE OPPOSED? SAME SIGN. I THAT MOTION CARRIES. THE ITEM WILL BE SENT, TO CITY COUNCIL WITH THE FAVORABLE RECOMMENDATION, AT THE AUGUST SIX, 2024 CITY COUNCIL

[Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on a Request to Rezone the Subject Property from “PD” - Planned Development District to “C2” - Local Commercial District, Located at the Southeast Corner of Custer Road and Silverado Trail]

CHAIRMAN. GOOD AFTERNOON. COMMISSION. ROGER PALMER, PLANNER WITH THE CITY OF MCKINNEY STAFF, IS RECOMMENDING THAT THIS, THAT THE PUBLIC HEARING BE CLOSED AND THIS ITEM IS TABLED DUE TO A, DUE TO A DUE TO A NOTICING ERROR, STAFF WILL RENOTICE PRIOR TO A NEXT MEETIN. OKAY SO WE HAVE A NOTIFICATION ERROR AND THE RECOMMENDATION IS TO TABLE THE ITEM AND CLOSE THE PUBLIC HEARING INDEFINITELY. YES ALL RIGHT. CLOSE THE PUBLIC HEARING AND TABLE THE ITEM INDEFINITELY. WE HAVE TO RE NOTICE THAT WE HAVE TO NOTICE.

BUT YEAH, I MEAN IT WILL BE AT 813, BUT IT HAS TO BE SO WE CAN TABLE IT TO THE 13TH OF THE REMOTE. SO YOU WANT TO CHANGE IT TO AUGUST 13TH I WOULD YES. OKAY TABLE TO AUGUST 13TH.
