SO WHEN YOU LOOK AT THIS LIST, YOU SEE THINGS LIKE TERMINAL APRON AND RF EQUIPMENT AND FUEL FARMS AND TERMINAL BUILDINGS. THOSE ARE THINGS YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO FUND. AND SO WE'VE KIND OF BROKEN THIS DOWN. AND THE THINGS THAT EDC CAN FUND UNDER THE STATE STATUTE WOULD BE PRIMARILY LIMITED TO PARKING LOTS AND THE ROADWAY IMPROVEMENTS. AND SO WHEN WE LOOK AT THIS, THAT LIMITS THE AMOUNT THAT WE COULD ASK THE EDC FOR THE NEXT SLIDE.HERE IS A BREAKDOWN OF THE PROPOSED FUNDING SOURCES. SO OF THE $72 MILLION ESTIMATED COST, THE EDC AND THE CDC HAVE ALREADY GRANTED MONEY BACK IN MARCH AND APRIL OF LAST YEAR. YEAH, LAST YEAR IT JUST FEELS ODD SAYING LAST YEAR, GETTING USED TO IT. THOSE ARE ALREADY UTILIZED FOR DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE PLANS TO DATE. WE ARE ASKING THE CDC TO FUND THE DEBT SERVICE FOR A TIFIA LOAN FOR $30 MILLION. THEY HAVE A LOT MORE LEEWAY ON THE TYPES OF PROJECTS THEY CAN FUND, SO THEY CAN FUND TAXIWAYS AND TERMINALS AND AIRPORT IMPROVEMENTS, AND THEY WILL BE PROVIDING AN INTERIM FINANCING. SALES TAX REVENUE BOND. THE TIFIA LOAN IS A LOW INTEREST LOAN PROGRAM THROUGH THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT, AND IT'S THE CHEAPEST MONEY THAT WE CAN WE CAN FIND. HOWEVER, THE PROCESS OF WORKING THROUGH WITH THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT DOES TAKE, YOU KNOW, 12 TO 18 MONTHS. AND SO THEY WILL BE FINANCING WITH INTERIM SALES TAX, REVENUE BONDS. THE REQUEST OF THE MEDC IS FOR $22.4 MILLION, WHICH FUNDS A LARGE PORTION OF THE ELIGIBLE PROJECTS FOR YOU. AND THEN WHAT WE'RE SHOWING HERE IS A FUNDING GAP IS A $14 MILLION, $14.3 MILLION GAP. THE REASON WE HAVE THIS AS A FUNDING GAP IS WE ARE HOPEFUL THAT WE WILL BE ABLE TO ACQUIRE MONIES FROM THE FAA THROUGH THEIR MULTIPLE GRANT PROGRAMS. TXDOT, THROUGH THEIR PROJECT GRANTS AS WELL. AND THEN WE ALSO HAVE OTHER CITY FUNDING SOURCES, THE TRS FUND BALANCE BEING A PRIMARY SOURCE OF THOSE FUNDS. SO WE ANTICIPATE WHILE WE'RE ASKING THE EDC TO ISSUE DEBT, YOUR DEBT SERVICE RIGHT NOW, GIVEN SOME ESTIMATES ON INTEREST RATES, WOULD BE ABOUT $1.4 MILLION PER YEAR. AND MAYBE THERE'S IN YEAR ONE, YOU KNOW, 20% OF THAT $500,000. SO $100,000 COMING BACK TO HELP WITH THE DEBT SERVICE.
