AND THAT IS THE CHARGE THAT WE HAVE FROM YOU AS A COUNCIL. AND SO CERTAINLY WE ARE HERE AT YOUR PLEASURE TO WORK ON THE PRIORITIES THAT YOU PLACE ON US FROM THE CITY STANDPOINT, ON ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT. THE RESOURCE GUIDE, A CHAPTER, AS IT WERE, BUT VERY IMPORTANT EDUCATIONAL LANDSCAPE. TO APPRECIATE THE STARTUP ECOSYSTEM, WE'RE BUILDING SOMETHING THAT WE WANT TO GET INTO. AND THEN ON THE LEAD SIDE, YOU KNOW, REALLY KIND OF BENCHMARK OUR PERFORMANCE A BIT BETTER. LOOK BACK AT AGREEMENTS FROM 20 YEARS AGO AND SEE HOW WE DID USE THAT TO INFORM HOW WE NEGOTIATE AND GOING FORWARD, UPDATE OUR INCENTIVE STRUCTURE WITH A FOCUS ON DOWNTOWN MCKINNEY.
