HOWEVER, THE LAND PURCHASE CLOSES ON MARCH 31ST, SO THAT LEAVES ABOUT A ONE MONTH GAP BETWEEN WHEN THE FUNDS ARE RECEIVED AND WHEN THE LAND PURCHASE WILL TAKE PLACE. WE HAVE 10 MILLION IN THERE JUST IN CASE SOMETHING COMES IN. WE HAVE TO SPEND SOME MONEY TO DO THINGS, BUT THIS WOULD GIVE US A MAXIMUM OF 10 MILLION. WE'RE EXPECTING THE LOAN TO BE ABOUT $5 MILLION. SO ON THAT $5 MILLION AT 4.2% FOR ONE MONTH, WE EXPECT TO GAIN INTEREST AT $17,500. THEN THE TOTAL PAYMENT WOULD BE DUE ON THE DAY THAT THE BONDS CLOSED, WHICH WE'RE ANTICIPATING TO BE APRIL THE 30TH. SO THE TOTAL PAYMENT WOULD BE $5,017,500.
