TOTAL REVENUES FOR THE MONTH OF FEBRUARY WAS $2.8 MILLION. MOVING ON TO EXPENDITURES FOR OPERATIONAL EXPENSES, WE HAD 43,000. FRISCO HAD A STRONG MONTH AT 8.2%. IT LOOKS LIKE PLANO WENT DOWN, BUT IF YOU TAKE INTO ACCOUNT THEIR LAST MONTH THAT THEY HAD A BIG AUDIT COLLECTION, THIS KIND OF SCREWED IT UP. SO THEY ACTUALLY DID HAVE A STRONG MONTH OF DECEMBER AS WELL FOR PLANO. JUST THE WAY IT WORKED OUT WITH THE CONTROLLER. THAT DID BRING OUR YEAR TO DATE UP TO 4.7%, WHICH IS GREAT. KIND OF KIND OF SHOWS WHAT A STRONG MONTH IN DECEMBER CAN DO FOR US.

WE ARE IN THE BEGINNING MONTHS OF THE YEAR, SO EVERY MONTH DOES MAKES IT FLUCTUATE A LITTLE BIT MORE THAN IT WOULD AS WE GET LATER INTO THE YEAR. BUT AS OF RIGHT NOW, EVERYTHING LOOKS ON PACE. AND WE ORIENT THE CANDIDATES ON ALL MATTERS INVOLVING THE CITY AND SOME OF THE BIGGER PROJECTS OR INITIATIVES THAT ARE UNDERWAY, AND I THINK IT'S GENERALLY WELL RECEIVED, AND THEY APPRECIATE THE TIME AND THE INFORMATION THAT WE'RE ABLE TO PROVIDE TO THEM. WE'VE HAD A DELAY IN TILE FOR THE INDOOR LEISURE POOL, BUT THAT HAS BEEN COMPLETED AT THIS TIME AND THEY HAVE REPLASTERED THAT POOL, SO WE'RE ABOUT TO START FILLING IT UP WITH WATER. SO WE ARE SLATED TO OPEN THAT INDOOR POOL ON APRIL THE 7TH. SO THAT WILL BE A GREAT PROJECT. BUT ALL OF THE LEAKS AND STUFF AND ALL OF THE POOLS HAVE BEEN FIXED. SO THIS IS THE LAST PIECE NEEDED FOR ALL OF THE AQUATICS AND APEX. I GAVE PRACTICE IMPROVEMENTS, AND MONUMENT SIGNAGE HAS BEEN ADVERTISED AND WILL BE GOING TO BID, AND IT WILL BE GOING TO PARK BOARD IN MAY AND THEN COUNCIL FOLLOWING THAT.
