WHAT WE'RE LOOKING AT, WE HAVE PRE ANNEXATION AGREEMENTS THAT WERE SIGNED WITH THE PROPERTY OWNER IN THE CITY TEN YEARS AGO. SO IN 2015 AND AFTER THAT TIME FRAME IS UP, THE CITY HAS THE AUTHORITY TO ANNEX THOSE PROPERTIES IN. SO THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT WE'RE DOING HERE TONIGHT. THE ANNEXATIONS WILL BE HEARD AT COUNCIL. THESE ARE JUST THE TWO ZONING DISTRICTS OR THE TWO ZONING REQUESTS THAT WE'RE LOOKING AT. AGAIN, BOTH ARE JUST TO THE STRAIGHT AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT. IF THEY WERE TO BE DEVELOPED IN THE FUTURE, THEY WILL REQUIRE REZONING. SO AGAIN, STAFF IS RECOMMENDING APPROVAL AND I'LL STAND FOR ANY QUESTIONS. I HAVE A QUESTION, JAKE. JUST CURIOUS, WHAT'S THE WHAT'S THE PURPOSE OF ZONING THEM NOW AS AG PRIOR TO ANNEXATION? YEAH. SO JUST THE ANNEXATIONS ARE THOSE ARE ONLY REQUIRED TO BE PRESENTED TO CITY COUNCIL.
