AS MANY OF YOU KNOW, WE SPENT A LOT OF TIME AND EFFORT IN GETTING PACKAGE LIQUOR SALES, NOT ONLY ON THE BALLOT SO OUR VOTERS COULD VOTE ON IT, BUT THEN ADVOCATING FOR IT. AND WE'RE VERY PROUD OF THAT INITIATIVE. WE INVESTED QUITE A BIT OF OUR OWN DOLLARS IN THAT, AND AS WELL AS THE MANPOWER, YOUR BOARD MEMBER, JULIE WILLIAMS, WAS VERY INSTRUMENTAL IN THAT, TOO, WHILE SHE SERVED ON THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND HELPING US GET THAT ACROSS THE FINISH LINE. WE HAD A RECORD BREAKING NUMBER OF ATTENDEES WITH 550 STATE OF THE CITY. SO AGAIN, PART OF THE THINGS THAT WE WORK ON IS PROVIDING PLATFORMS OF INFORMATION. AND THAT'S ONE THAT WE THINK IS REALLY IMPORTANT BECAUSE WE WANT OUR COMMUNITY TO KNOW WHAT'S HAPPENING AT THE CITY, OUR SCHOOL DISTRICT, AND OF COURSE, THE COMMUNITY COLLEGE. WE HAVE A PROGRAM, BEST OF MCKINNEY, WHERE OUR VOTERS ARE. THE COMMUNITY CAN VOTE ON MORE B2C. THIS IS MORE FOR B2C TYPE COMPANIES WHERE THEY CAN GET RECOGNITION. AND SO WE HAD ANOTHER RECORD NUMBER OF VOTES CAST IN THAT COMPETITION. WE CONDUCTED OVER 200 PLUS CHAMBER PROGRAMS AND EVENTS. SO OUR STAFF OF EIGHT, WE HAVE TO KEEP THEM VERY FULLY CAFFEINATED AND GIVE THEM A FEW BREAKS EVERY NOW AND THEN, BECAUSE WE HAVE A LOT, A LOT OF GROUND TO COVER. AND I THINK THAT JUST SHOWS THAT WE'RE NOT CHANGING THE COURSE COMPLETELY, BUT THAT WE HAVE TO REACT TO THE BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT. AND WE'RE IN A VERY DYNAMIC BUSINESS CLIMATE RIGHT NOW. AND SO I THINK IT'S IMPORTANT THAT WE'RE ALWAYS TAKING A LOOK AT THE THE THINGS THAT ARE IMPACTING OUR INDUSTRY, OUR COMMUNITIES AND OUR BUSINESS, OUR BUSINESSES. WE ENDED AT $24.6 MILLION, 24.6 MILLION, WHICH IS SLIGHTLY OVER BUDGET BUT JUST JUST SLIGHTLY. AND THEN YOU CAN SEE WE ALSO HAD THE BOND ISSUANCES THAT I MENTIONED, TOTALING 90, 90.1 [00:40:01] MILLION FOR FISCAL YEAR 25 REVENUES. AS WE GO DOWN TO EXPENDITURES, WE HAD 4 MILLION IN OPERATIONAL EXPENSES, 78 MILLION, AND PROJECT EXPENSES. THE MAJORITY OF THAT WAS FOR THE AIRPORT. AND THEN WE ALSO HAD 7 MILLION IN NON-DEPARTMENTAL EXPENSES. THE MAJORITY OF THAT IS YOUR INS DEBT SERVICE PAYMENTS, WHICH WILL BE INCREASING THIS NEXT YEAR. THE NON-DEPARTMENTAL WAS SLIGHTLY OVER 500,000, TOTALING $1.6 MILLION IN EXPENDITURES FOR NOVEMBER. THE SALES TAX COMPARISON. YOU CAN SEE THAT WE HAD A 4.8% INCREASE OVER LAST YEAR. ALLEN HAD A 10.7%, FRISCO HAD A SLIGHT DECREASE IN, PLANO HAD A 2.8% INCREASE. AND IF WE'RE LOOKING AT YEAR TO DATE, WE'RE AT 4%. THIS IS ONLY TWO MONTHS.
