WE CAME OUT FOR INTERIM FIELDWORK IN SEPTEMBER, WHERE WE PERFORMED A NUMBER OF PROCEDURES LIKE INTERNAL CONTROL TESTING, INTERNAL CONTROL WALKTHROUGHS, WHERE WE GOT AN UNDERSTANDING OF THE NATURE OF THOSE INTERNAL CONTROLS. AND THEN IN DECEMBER, WHEN ALL OF THE NUMBERS WERE FINALIZED AND READY TO BE AUDITED, THAT'S WHEN WE CAME OUT AND ACTUALLY AUDITED THE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS WE PRESENTED TO AUDIT COMMITTEE BACK IN FEBRUARY, AND THEN HERE TODAY TO PRESENT FINAL RESULTS, RESULTS AS WELL. SO THERE WERE NO CHANGES TO OUR PLANNED AUDIT APPROACH THAT WE DETERMINED DURING INTERIM. WHEN WE WERE LOOKING THROUGH COUNCIL MINUTES AND REALLY DETERMINING WHAT OUR SIGNIFICANT RISK WOULD BE, OR THE RISK ASSESSMENT OF THE CITY. AND THERE WERE NO CHANGES TO THAT AUDIT PLAN. SO WHAT WE HAD SET OUT TO DO, THERE WERE NO CHANGES FROM THAT. WE ALSO DO ANALYZE RISK. AND FOR ANY CITY, ESPECIALLY OF THIS SIZE, WE DO CONSIDER IMPROPER REVENUE RECOGNITION A RISK. WE WITH OUR RESULTS DURING THE COURSE OF THE AUDIT, LIKE CHANCE SAID, WE NOTED NO UNCORRECTED MISSTATEMENTS. SO THOSE ARE MISSTATEMENTS THAT WERE IDENTIFIED BY US AND CORRECTED BY MANAGEMENT.
