THE FACT THAT DOWNTOWN IS SUCH AN AWESOME, SPECIAL PLACE. THIS IS I GOT SOME EASTER EGGS HERE FROM HERE. SO AS YOU LOOK IN HERE, YOU MIGHT SEE SOME PEOPLE PHOTOS HERE. THIS IS FROM THE MID 80S. AND WE'RE GOING TO GO THROUGH THE 2000 HERE. SO IF YOU DON'T KNOW THIS IS FROM THE KANDACE MONTGOMERY TRIAL HERE AS THEY'RE WALKING OUT OF THE OLD COURTHOUSE. TODAY, I MEAN, YOU KNOW, TALK ABOUT A THRIVING, VIBRANT PLACE, YOU KNOW, ALL THESE THINGS CDC TOUCHES, WHETHER THAT'S EVENTS, THE FARMERS MARKET, EVENTS, INSIDE IMPACT, YOU ALL HAVE BEEN AN INTEGRAL PLAYERS IN MAKING MCKINNEY THE HEARTBEAT OR MAKING DOWNTOWN THE HEARTBEAT OF MCKINNEY AND A VIBRANT DISTRICT. SO NOT JUST INVESTMENTS LIKE THROUGH MAIN STREET OR, BUT EVERYTHING THAT HAS BEEN TOUCHED IN DOWNTOWN FROM. AND THANK YOU, LINDA, FOR HELPING ME GET ALL THESE RECORDS. IT'S OVER 47 MILLION, WHICH IS PRETTY IMPRESSIVE. LAST YEAR, WE HAD 4.8 MILLION VISITS IN THE DISTRICT. WE HAVE OVER 200 PLUS SMALL BUSINESSES. THAT IS AN AMAZING CONCENTRATION OF SMALL BUSINESSES IN A VERY SMALL AREA. ALL THE TOP THREE EVENTS ARE EVENTS THAT CDC SUPPORTS. OKTOBERFEST, HOME FOR THE HOLIDAYS, ARTS IN BLOOM. AND THEN WE ALSO HAVE OVER 671,000 IN RETAIL DEVELOPMENT GRANTS THAT HAVE BEEN AWARDED TO DOWNTOWN BUSINESSES. SO GREAT STATS HERE. WE ARE REALLY WE SEE OURSELVES AS TRUE PARTNERS IN BRINGING NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND CULTURE TO DOWNTOWN MCKINNEY. AND WE ACCOMPLISHED THAT THROUGH LOTS OF DIFFERENT THINGS. BUT I'M GOING TO START WITH IMPACT.

SINCE 2004, WE'VE HAD OVER 4000 PUBLIC PERFORMANCES. OVER 250,000 PLUS TICKETS SOLD.

WE'RE HOME TO THE MCKINNEY REPERTORY THEATER AND THE YOUNG ACTORS GUILD, SO WE HAVE A LOT OF GREAT LOCAL THEATER. WE HAVE WE'VE SEEN A LOT OF GREAT ACTS, BUT WE'RE READY FOR KIND OF OUR SECOND GREAT ACT. AND THIS IS A REALLY GOOD OPPORTUNITY TO TALK ABOUT OUR FUTURE PLANS FOR IMPACT. AS CDC IS AN ANNUAL SUPPORTER OF THE PROGRAM, WE'RE LOOKING AT, YOU KNOW, RENOVATING THE IMPACT AND INTRODUCING A NEW EXPERIENCE FOR FOR THE CITY AS A WHOLE.

THESE ARE SOME OF OUR GUIDING PRINCIPLES. THOUGHTFUL, HISTORIC PRESERVATION. ONE OF THE THINGS I LIKE IS WEAVING THE HISTORY OF THE COURTHOUSE INTO OUR DESIGN AND PROGRAMING, IMPROVING THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. AND THAT GOES FROM BUYING A TICKET ONLINE TO FINDING YOUR SEAT. EVERYTHING IS GETTING RETOOLED. AND ULTIMATELY, YOU KNOW, IMPACT WORKS VERY CLOSELY WITH MAIN STREET TO DRIVE TRAFFIC TO THE DISTRICT. AND WE LOOK TO INCREASE THE QUALITY AND QUANTITY OF THE SHOWS THAT WE HAVE. SO WHY, WHY ARE WE DOING THIS NOW? YOU KNOW, 20 YEARS GOES BY VERY QUICKLY. SO ONE OF THE FIRST THINGS THAT WE DID IS WE WORKED WITH A, WHAT I CALL A PAINT ARCHEOLOGIST. AND HE FOUND THE ORIGINAL COLORS ON THE WOOD TRIM FOR THE WINDOWS.

AND THAT WAS THIS LIKE SAGE GREEN THAT YOU SEE HERE. COOL. WE ALSO ARE, YOU KNOW, HERE'S A SHOT OF THE BATHROOMS IN THE BASEMENT. SO WE WANTED THOUGHTFUL SELECTIONS THAT MIMIC THE, THE STYLING OF THE, OF THE FACILITY, YOU KNOW, BACK IN THE 30S WHEN IT WAS RENOVATED TO THE CURRENT DESIGN THAT YOU SEE NOW THIS IS THE MAIN HALLWAY. SO WHEN YOU COME IN HERE, YOU NEED TO FEEL LIKE A, YOU'RE READY FOR A THEATRICAL MOMENT. AND YOU KNOW, THE SPACE IS GOING TO KIND OF MIMIC THAT. THIS IS ONE OF MY FAVORITE TREATS OF THE, OF THE WHOLE RENOVATION. WE HAVE THE, THE BEAUTIFUL JUDGE'S BENCH, WHICH HAS BEEN HIDDEN FOR THE LAST 60 PLUS YEARS TO THE PUBLIC, IS COMING OUT AS A BAR AND SERVING AREA IN THE BACK OF THE OF THE COURTHOUSE THEATER. AND THEN HERE'S A LOOK FROM THE BALCONY, YOU KNOW, UPDATED CURTAINS, UPGRADED TECH. BUT WE ARE EXCITED TO KIND OF REALLY SHOW OFF EMPAC AS KIND OF THE GYM THAT IT REALLY CAN BE. CITY HALL HERE IN DOWNTOWN. YOU KNOW, IT COULD HAVE BEEN EASIER TO JUST DO IT IN A FIELD UP NORTH OR OUT WEST, BUT HAVING CITY HALL CONTINUE TO BE A PART OF DOWNTOWN IS A REALLY IMPORTANT LEGACY. ALSO, THE DOWNTOWN WATER TOWER RESTORATION PROJECT, YOU SEE THE NETTING GOING UP, DISPEL ANY RUMORS. IT'S GOING TO BE RESTORED. WE'LL HAVE THE OLD LOGO WILL BE RESTORED UP THERE. WE GOT MCDC INVESTMENTS IN DOWNTOWN PARTNERS AND PROJECTS. THE VIDEO, YOU KNOW, CAN SHOW A LOT OF, OF, OF THIS ALREADY, BUT JUST THE COLLIN COUNTY HISTORY MUSEUM, THE CRAIG CENTER FOR THE ARTS, CHESTNUT SQUARE, THE FLOUR MILL, TUFTS, ALL THESE ARE JUST GENERATING A LOT OF ACTIVITY AND CULTURAL EXPERIENCES FOR THE PUBLIC THAT ARE KIND OF UNPARALLELED IN NORTH TEXAS. MARGARET LEE HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR I'M GOING TO PROVIDE YOU WITH SOME CONTEXT REGARDING AFFORDABLE HOUSING IN MCKINNEY. SOME OF THE KEY FINDINGS FROM THE ROOT POLICY ASSESSMENT AND AN OVERVIEW OF THE RECOMMENDATIONS THAT WERE PROVIDED AND OUR NEXT STEPS. SO IN 2020, ROUTE POLICY WAS HIRED TO DEVELOP THE CONSOLIDATED PLAN FOR THE CITY, WHICH INCLUDED A HOUSING MARKET ANALYSIS. AND THEN IN 2023, THEY ALSO PROVIDED US WITH AN UPDATE. SO WHEN 2025 CAME AROUND AND WE NEEDED TO WORK ON OUR NEXT CONSOLIDATED PLAN, WE DID AN RFP PROCESS AND ROUTE POLICY WAS SELECTED ONCE AGAIN, BUT THIS TIME WE ASKED THEM FOR A MORE ROBUST EVALUATION ON THE CURRENT AND FUTURE HOUSING NEEDS OF THE CITY, AND ALSO TO PROVIDE US WITH SOME RECOMMENDATIONS TO SUPPORT THE CITY'S ONGOING EFFORTS. SO THE 2026 AFFORDABLE HOUSING NEEDS ASSESSMENT PROVIDES AN OVERVIEW OF THE DEMOGRAPHIC TRENDS, HOUSING MARKET CONDITIONS, AND HOUSING NEEDS IN MCKINNEY. AND THEN THEY ALSO SUMMARIZED THE CITY'S PROGRESS SINCE 2020. AND INCLUDED IN THAT IS ALSO SOME RECOMMENDATIONS TO HELP ENHANCE HOUSING AFFORDABILITY. SO WHAT ARE WE TALKING ABOUT? SO HOUSING AFFORDABILITY AND HOUSING COST BURDEN. SO A HOUSEHOLD IS CONSIDERED HOUSE BURDENED IF THEY'RE SPENDING MORE THAN 30% OF THEIR HOUSEHOLD INCOME ON HOUSING COSTS. SO USING US CENSUS DATA, WE SEE THAT THE MEDIAN HOUSEHOLD INCOME IN THE CITY IS ABOUT 124,000. SO SPENDING MORE THAN 30% WOULD BE 3,000 USD PER MONTH. AND IF WE LOOK AT THE MEDIAN MORTGAGE AND AVERAGE RENT, WE'RE LOOKING AT ABOUT 2700 FOR MORTGAGE AND ALMOST $2,000 IN RENT. LOOKING AT ZILLOW DATA, WE SEE THAT THE NUMBERS ARE A LITTLE BIT HIGHER THAN THAT. WITH THE AVERAGE MORTGAGE CLOSER TO $3,000 A MONTH AND RENT CLOSER TO ABOUT 2300, LOOKING A LITTLE BIT MORE REGIONALLY, WE LOOKED AT THE US DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT'S DATA, WHICH LOOKS AT THE DALLAS HUD METRO AREA, WHICH INCLUDES COLLIN COUNTY.

SO THERE THE AVERAGE MEDIAN INCOME IS A LITTLE BIT LOWER WITH 107,000. AND IF WE LOOK AT THE UNITS BY ZIP CODE AND HOUSEHOLDS OF FOUR AT 80% AMI, THE MAJORITY OF THESE HOUSEHOLDS CANNOT AFFORD TO LIVE IN MCKINNEY. SO WHAT ARE SOME OF OUR KEY FINDINGS FROM THE ROUTE POLICY ASSESSMENT? THERE'S BEEN A SIGNIFICANT INCREASE IN COST BURDEN HOUSEHOLDS BETWEEN 2015 TO 2023. I WOULD HIGHLIGHT THAT IN 2015, THE MAJORITY OF HOUSEHOLDS THAT WERE COST BURDENED WERE IN THE LOWER AMI LEVELS. SO 30 TO 50% AREA MEDIAN INCOME. WHEREAS IN 2023, WE'VE SEEN A SIGNIFICANT INCREASE FOR THOSE THAT ARE IN THE 60 TO 80% AMI. AND THEN IN TERMS OF HOUSING GAPS, WE'RE SEEING APPROXIMATELY 5000 UNITS ON THOSE LOWER ARMY UNITS THAT ARE NEEDED. AND SO WHAT DOES THAT MEAN? SO THERE'S ABOUT 5000 HOUSEHOLDS THAT ARE SPENDING MORE THAN 30% OF THEIR INCOME ON HOUSING, WHICH MEANS THAT THERE IS LESS FUNDS AVAILABLE FOR THEM TO SPEND ON EDUCATION OR HEALTH CARE. AND SO IT LOWERS THEIR QUALITY OF LIFE. AND THEN IF YOU LOOK AT THE RENTAL GAPS CHART, YOU SEE THAT THERE IS ALSO A -3685 FOR HOUSEHOLDS THAT ARE 120%. AMI, THIS DOES NOT MEAN THAT THERE IS A SHORTAGE OF MARKET RATE UNITS. WHAT IT SHOWS IS THAT THERE ARE INDIVIDUALS OR HOUSEHOLDS THAT HAVE ENOUGH FUNDING TO BE ABLE TO AFFORD MARKET RENTS, BUT BECAUSE THERE'S NOT ENOUGH UNITS, THEY'RE ACTUALLY OCCUPYING LOWER INCOME RENTS OR LOWER INCOME UNITS. AND SO POTENTIALLY TAKING AWAY FROM THE UNITS THAT ARE NEEDED FOR LOWER AMI LEVELS. AND THEN IN TERMS OF HOME OWNERSHIP, ONLY 1% OF THE OWNERSHIP UNITS WERE ACCESSIBLE TO HOUSEHOLDS BETWEEN 81 TO 100%. AMI. SO LARGELY HOMEOWNERSHIP IS NOT ATTAINABLE FOR YOUR AVERAGE HOUSEHOLD. SO WHO ARE WE TALKING ABOUT? THERE'S A WIDE RANGE OF INCOMES ACROSS DIFFERENT INDUSTRIES, RANGING FROM 31,000 FOR A HOUSEHOLD OR INDIVIDUAL WORKING IN FOOD SERVICES TO 308,000. AND THE OIL INDUSTRY. I'M IN THE WRONG INDUSTRY. MANY OF THE ESSENTIAL WORKERS. SO THOSE WORKING IN RETAIL, FOOD OR HEALTH SERVICES CANNOT AFFORD TO RENT IN

MCKINNEY. AND SO THAT'S KIND OF THAT FIRST COLORFUL COLUMN OVER THERE. AND THEN IN TERMS OF HOME OWNERSHIP, ONLY ONE INDUSTRY WOULD ALLOW FOR A ONE INCOME HOUSEHOLD TO BE ABLE TO PURCHASE IN MCKINNEY. AND THAT'S FOR THOSE THAT WORK IN THE OIL INDUSTRY. AND EVEN WITH A DUAL INCOME, MANY HOUSEHOLDS ARE NOT ABLE TO ACTUALLY AFFORD TO LIVE IN MCKINNEY. SO IN TERMS OF PROJECTED HOUSING NEEDS, THROUGH 2035, WE WOULD NEED 7500 RENTAL UNITS AND 13,800 OWNERSHIP UNITS. GIVEN OUR CURRENT MULTIFAMILY PERMITTING TRENDS, WE ACTUALLY DO MEET THE NUMBER OF UNITS THAT ARE NECESSARY. BUT THE CAVEAT HERE IS THAT THOSE ARE JUST FAIR MARKET RENTS AND DOES NOT ACTUALLY ADDRESS THE AFFORDABILITY OF THOSE UNITS.

AND SO THERE IS STILL MORE WORK THAT NEEDS TO BE DONE. BUT THE CITY HAS DONE AN INCREDIBLE JOB.

I AM SO PROUD TO BE WORKING FOR THE CITY OF MCKINNEY. I FEEL LIKE WE'RE VERY PROACTIVE IN OUR APPROACH TOWARDS AFFORDABLE HOUSING, AND OUR CITY LEADERSHIP HAS IMPLEMENTED POLICIES TO REALLY IMPROVE HOUSING AFFORDABILITY AND EXPAND HOUSING OPTIONS. AND SO THIS IS JUST A LIST OF SOME OF THE MANY EFFORTS THAT WE'VE HAD. AND REALLY, IF YOU LOOK AT THE NEEDS ASSESSMENT PROVIDED BY ROUTE POLICY, YOU SEE THAT MCKINNEY IS REALLY RECOGNIZED AS A REGIONAL LEADER IN AFFORDABLE HOUSING EFFORTS, ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU COMPARE OURSELVES TO OUR NEIGHBORING CITIES. SO WHILE WE'VE MADE GREAT STRIDES IN ADDRESSING HOUSING AFFORDABILITY, THERE'S STILL A LOT OF WORK TO BE DONE. ROUTE POLICIES RECOMMENDATIONS RANGE FROM DEVELOPING A FORMAL AFFORDABLE HOUSING STRATEGY TO BUILDING STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS TO INCREASE HOUSING UNITS. AND SO THE RECOMMENDATIONS THAT THEY PROVIDED REALLY SPAN ACROSS THE AFFORDABILITY SPECTRUM. SO RANGING FROM BELOW 30% AMI TO ALL THE WAY UP TO 120%. AMI THE RECOMMENDATIONS ARE FOCUSED AROUND EXPANDING CAPACITY, STRENGTHENING CORE EFFORTS. SO OUR EXISTING EFFORTS AND PURSUING STRATEGIC EXPANSIONS. AND SO WHAT ARE WE DOING WITH THE NEEDS ASSESSMENT AND RECOMMENDATIONS? WELL, THERE'S A LOT OF WORK THAT NEEDS TO BE DONE AND WE HAVE VERY LIMITED RESOURCES. SO OUR NEXT STEPS IS TO FIRST DEVELOP THAT AFFORDABLE HOUSING STRATEGY, WHICH WILL ESTABLISH A VISION, GUIDING PRINCIPLES AND MEASURABLE OBJECTIVES. AND THEN FROM THERE, WE WILL CREATE AN IMPLEMENTATION FRAMEWORK WHICH WILL INCLUDE A STRATEGIC PLAN, ANNUAL ACTION PLANS AND MONITORING AND REPORTING PLAN SO THAT WE CAN MAKE SURE THAT WE'RE STAYING ON TRACK. SO JUST TO GIVE YOU A LITTLE BIT OF THE CONTEXT AS TO THE WHY, SO HERE'S JUST A QUICK AGENDA OF WHAT WE'RE GOING TO BE COVERING A SUMMARY OF THOSE POPULATION PROJECTIONS, THE METHODOLOGY, SOME COMPARISONS. AND THEN THE LONG TERM VIEW. WHAT DOES THAT MEAN? SO ONE OF THE THINGS TO START WITH IS UNDERSTANDING THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN MCKINNEY'S FULL PLANNING AREA AND OUR REDUCED WATER SERVICE AREA. SO WITH RECENT CHANGES IN STATE LAW, YOU CAN KIND OF SEE RIGHT THERE, THERE'S TWO COLORS FOR MOST OF MCKINNEY'S DEVELOPMENT AND GROWTH. WE WERE REALLY OPERATING WITH THIS FULL PLANNING AREA IN MIND. THAT WAS THE CITY OF MCKINNEY CITY LIMITS AND THE FULL ETJ BOUNDARY. WITH THOSE CHANGES IN STATE LAW ALLOWING LANDOWNERS TO REMOVE THEMSELVES FROM THAT ETJ WITHOUT THE CITY REALLY HAVING A SAY IN THAT, WE'RE NOW TRANSITIONING TO A DIFFERENT STAGE OF DEVELOPMENT, AS ARE ALL THE CITIES IN THE STATE OF TEXAS. WE CAN NO LONGER GUARANTEE THAT WE'RE GOING TO HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO BUILD OUT AND GROW TO THAT FULL PLANNING AREA. SO AS A RESULT, WE'RE WORKING ON REDUCING OUR WATER WASTEWATER SERVICE AREA. AND SO YOU'LL SEE SOME NUMBERS THAT ARE KIND OF PROJECTIONS FOR THAT FULL PLANNING AREA. AND THEN WHAT HAPPENS IF WE HAVE A REDUCED SERVICE AREA. SO WE'LL START RIGHT AT THE TOP HERE WITH OUR PROJECTIONS.

EXISTING POPULATION AS OF JANUARY 1ST OF THIS YEAR WAS 237,000. THE PROJECTION FOR THE FULL PLANNING AREA FOR THAT TEN YEAR PERIOD IS APPROXIMATELY 80,000. THE REASON THAT WE'RE USING A TEN YEAR GROWTH PERIOD IS THAT THE THE INITIAL REASON THAT THE PLANNING DEPARTMENT WAS PUTTING TOGETHER THESE PROJECTIONS IS AN UPDATE TO THE, EXCUSE ME, THE IMPACT FEE PROGRAM. AND SO EVERY FIVE YEARS, ROUGHLY, THE CITY OF MCKINNEY UPDATES THE IMPACT FEE PROGRAM. AS PART OF THAT, WE HAVE TO LOOK AT WHAT IS THE NEXT TEN YEARS OF GROWTH GOING TO LOOK LIKE, WHAT IS GOING TO BE DEVELOPED, HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE GOING TO COME IN, AND THEN HOW DO WE MAKE SURE THAT WE HAVE THE RIGHT AMOUNT OF INFRASTRUCTURE TO SUPPORT THOSE TEN YEARS OF GROWTH? AND SO WE STARTED WITH THAT FULL PLANNING AREA. THAT'S WHAT WE ALWAYS USED. BUT NOW WE ALSO HAVE SOME PROJECTIONS FOR THAT REDUCED WATER SERVICE AREA. SO THE EXISTING POPULATION FOR THAT REDUCED AREA IS 231,000. A LOT OF THE POPULATION OUTSIDE OF OUR REDUCED AREA ARE CONNECTIONS THAT HAVE ALREADY BEEN HOOKED UP OUTSIDE OF THE CITY LIMITS. TEN YEAR GROWTH, VERY SIMILAR THERE, 74,000. AND SO WE'RE LOOKING AT A 2034 TOTAL OF AROUND 307,000 FOR THAT REDUCED SERVICE AREA. AND WE EXPECT THAT BUILDOUT OF THAT AREA. THE POPULATION WILL BE AROUND 367,000. METHODOLOGY. WE USE A COUPLE DIFFERENT WAYS TO TO MAKE OUR ASSUMPTIONS. WE HAVE THE GOMPERTZ MODEL, LOTS OF CALCULATIONS AND THINGS IN THE BACKGROUND, BUT I THINK WHAT'S IMPORTANT TO LEAN ON HERE IS THE ACCURACY OF THAT DATA. AND I APOLOGIZE FOR THE SKEWED VIEW HERE OF THE MODEL, BUT IGNORE ALL THE THE DIFFERENT DEFINITIONS OF THE DIFFERENT POPULATION PROJECTION MODELS ON THE LEFT SIDE. WHAT YOU CAN SEE ON THE RIGHT IN THAT GROWTH CHART IS THE FACT THAT THE DARK BLUE LINE IS THE GOMPERTZ MODEL OF WHAT WOULD BE PROJECTED FOR THE CITY OF MCKINNEY. AND THOSE PINK DATA POINTS ARE HOW WE'VE ACTUALLY GROWN. AND SO WE'RE PRETTY CLOSELY FOLLOWING THE GOMPERTZ MODEL AS WE'RE CONTINUING TO GROW AS A CITY. AND YOU CAN SEE THAT YOU START OFF SLOW, YOU SPEED UP AND YOU END SLOW. AND SO WE'RE IN THAT KIND OF CLIMBING PORTION HERE. AND WE HAVE BEEN FOR SOME TIME NOW. ONE OF THE THINGS THAT WE LOOK AT AS WE'RE PROJECTING OUR POPULATIONS IS OUR PAST DATA. WE HAVE A REALLY HIGH CARRYING CAPACITY IN THE CITY OF MCKINNEY. OUR TEN YEAR ROLLING AVERAGE HAS HISTORICALLY BEEN BETWEEN 6 AND 8000 NEW RESIDENTS ANNUALLY. AND THE FACT THAT WE'VE BEEN ABLE TO SUSTAIN THAT EVERY YEAR FOR AS LONG AS WE HAVE IS QUITE IMPRESSIVE. YOU CAN SEE YEARS WHERE WE GOT ABOVE 8000, A COUPLE YEARS WHERE WE GOT BELOW 6000. BUT AGAIN, REALLY HOLDING AROUND THAT 7000 NEW CITIZENS PER YEAR. LAST YEAR WE ADDED 13,000. IT WAS HELD MARCH 5TH. AND AS YOU RECALL, CONVERSATIONS STARTED IN 25 FY 25 WITH OUR MARKETING SUBCOMMITTEE, AJ, JOY AND MARCUS, ABOUT WOULDN'T IT BE A GREAT THING IF WE COULD PUT TOGETHER A WORKSHOP TO HELP OUR PROMOTIONAL GRANT RECIPIENTS REFINE AND ELEVATE THEIR MARKETING AND PROMOTION OF NOT ONLY THEIR EVENT, BUT ALSO SHOWCASING MCKINNEY AND THE IMPACT OF CDC. SO THAT FIRST EVENT WAS HELD MARCH 5TH. THERE IS A SAMPLE OF THE TOOLKIT THAT WAS PROVIDED AT EACH PERSON'S PLACE, AND THE GOAL WAS TO COVER PROMOTIONAL OPPORTUNITIES, PREFERRED PRICING, PARTNERS. THANKS TO AJ S SIGNIFICANT EFFORTS, WE'VE BEEN ABLE TO DELIVER OPPORTUNITIES FOR OUR PROMOTIONAL GRANT RECIPIENTS AND THEN TALK ABOUT WHAT OUR EXPECTATIONS ARE IN TERMS OF IN TERMS OF GRANT COMPLIANCE AND JUST WORK TO ENHANCE STORYTELLING.
