UM, GOOD MORNING, CHAIRMAN SCOTT, BOARD MEMBERS AND CITY STAFF.
I'M TANIT PARCHMAN, THE DEPUTY CITY SECRETARY, AND I'M HERE TO PROVIDE YOU ALL WITH AN UPDATE ON THE CURRENT BOARDS OF COMMISSIONED APPOINTMENT PROCESS.
UM, THIS IS A TIME OF YEAR THAT WE BEGIN TO ACCEPT APPLICATIONS FROM MCKINNEY RESIDENTS THAT ARE INTERESTED IN SERVING ON A BOARD OF COMMISSION AS WELL AS INCUMBENTS WHO ARE INTERESTED IN BEING REAPPOINTED.
ON TUESDAY, AUGUST 25TH, THE CITY COUNCIL WILL BEGIN THE PROCESS OF APPOINTING NEW MEMBERS TO THE BOARDS OF COMMISSIONS WITH, UM, WITH A, A TERM THAT BEGINS ON OCTOBER 1ST, 2026.
THE APPLICATION SUBMISSION PERIOD IS CURRENTLY OPEN AND WILL CLOSE ON FRIDAY, JUNE 19TH, AND YOU CAN APPLY ONLINE AND ANY INCUMBENTS THAT ARE INTERESTED IN BEING REAPPOINTED WILL REAPPLY USING THEIR CURRENT EMAIL ADDRESS AND MAKING ANY ADJUSTMENTS TO THEIR CURRENT APPLICATION THAT'S ON FILE AND INTERVIEWS WILL BE CONDUCTED IN JULY.
I KNOW IN YEARS PAST WE'VE HAD SIX, UM, INTERVIEW SESSIONS.
WE'VE NOW WOULD THAT DOWN TO FOUR AND THEY'LL ALL BE HELD IN JULY AND APPROVED APPLICANTS WILL BE CONTACTED TO CONFIRM THEIR SCHEDULES AND NEW AND REAPPOINTED MEMBERS MUST COMPLETE OPEN GOVERNMENT TRAINING AS WELL AS ANY BOARD SPECIFIC TRAINING BEFORE OR BY OCTOBER 1ST, 2026, WHICH IS THE START OF THE NEW TERM.

IT'S, UH, IT'S A COMMITTEE OF PEOPLE, NOT A, NOT A CITY BOARD, BUT A COMMITTEE TO HELP, UM, COMMUNICATE NEEDS FROM THE DEVELOPMENT COMMUNITY TO THE CITY TO MAKE SURE THAT WE'RE DOING THE BEST JOB WE CAN TO DOT I'S CROSS T'S AND GET THINGS MOVING IN A ORDERLY MANNER.
UM, WE ARE GOING TO BE NEEDING TO MAKE NEW APPOINTMENTS ON THAT.
SOME OF THE APPOINTMENTS ARE, UM, SPECIFIC.
IE TWO MEMBERS OF THE CHAMBER BOARD, TWO MEMBERS OF P AND Z AND STUFF LIKE THAT.
BUT, UH, WE'LL BE TALKING ABOUT THAT WITH STAFF.

BUT IT'S GOES TO SHOW HOW IMPORTANT THE WATER TOWER IS.
SO, YEAH, SO IT'S GONNA BE THE OLD LOGO.
IT'S GONNA BE A, A MUCH BETTER, UM, I THINK THE LIGHTING WILL BE THE, IT, IT, THE LIGHTING AND THEN THE REFRESH OF THE PAINT WILL BE THE MOST VISUALLY IMPACTFUL PARTS OF THAT.

UH, IT'S GONNA BE A DEVELOPMENT UPDATE THAT THE CITY PREPARED FOR JAR AND JUSTIN, THEY DELIVER TO THE HISTORIC DISTRICT.
I THINK IT'S PRETTY COMPREHENSIVE.
IT GOES OVER HOW BIG OF A CITY WE ARE, HOW BIG SOME OF THE OTHER CITIES AROUND HERE ARE, HOW WE'VE BEEN GROWING, UH, AND WHAT'S GOING ON.

UM, YOU KNOW, COUNCIL HAS HAD TO DO SOME KIND OF WHAT, WHAT I CALL, THIS IS MY TERM, DEFENSIVE EMINENT DOMAINS, WHICH WE, YOU KNOW, THEY'VE GOTTA GET SOME INGRESS EGRESS FROM SOME PROPERTY OWNERS AROUND THERE TO WIDEN THE MOUTHS OF THE STREETS AND GET SOME DEDICATED TURN LANES, WHICH ARE THEIR EXPENSE.
BUT WE'VE KINDA LAID THE GROUNDWORK WHERE IF IT HAS TO GO TO EMINENT DOMAIN, THEY'LL BE PICKING UP THE COST OF ALL THAT.
BUT WE WOULD HAVE THE ABILITY TO DO IT.
MY SENSE IS THEY'RE, THEY'RE IN GOOD SHAPE FOR SPRING OF NEXT YEAR.

UM, OUR COMMUNICATIONS DEPARTMENT JUST LAUNCHED A NEW ENGAGEMENT PLATFORM CALLED ENGAGE MCKINNEY.
UH, IT'S A NEW ONLINE PLATFORM DESIGNED TO INCREASE COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION AND PROVIDE A CENTRAL HUB FOR RESIDENTS TO LEARN ABOUT PROJECTS AND SHARE INPUT.
THE FIRST INITIATIVE FOCUSES ON RECYCLING AND WASTE REDUCTION, AND WE DO HAVE A SURVEY THAT IS NOW OPEN.
UH, AND THEN THE ANNUAL BUDGET SURVEY LAUNCHED ON APRIL 21ST AS WELL.
AND THEN, UH, RESIDENTS CAN ALSO EXPLORE ONGOING PROJECTS INCLUDING ROAD STOCK, WHICH IS A PLAY ON WORDS, BUT THAT IS THE ROAD IMPROVEMENT PROJECT ON, ON EL DORADO AND VIRGINIA.
THE HALL, ROY AND HELEN HALL LIBRARY RENOVATION IMPACT RENOVATION AND THE 2024 BOND PACKAGE.
SO THAT PLATFORM WILL CONTINUE TO EXPAND ITS CONTENT.
UH, EXCUSE ME, IT'S, UH, WORKING WITH, UM, I'M TRYING TO REMEMBER THE NAME OF THE VENDOR.

GO LOCAL, I THINK IS WHAT IT'S CALLED.AND, UM, THEY, THEY ARE THE VENDOR AND WE'RE CALLING IT ENGAGE MCKINNEY IS HOW WE BRAND IT, IS OUR LOCAL ENGAGEMENT PLATFORM.
UH, ALSO, UM, WE DID HOST A VERY SUCCESSFUL AFFORDABLE HOUSING SUMMIT ABOUT A WEEK AND A HALF AGO NOW, I SUPPOSE, UM, THAT WE HAD OVER 300 ATTENDEES.
THIS WAS ORGANIZED BY THE CITY AND OUR TEAM BY, WE HAD THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF THE AFFORDABLE HOUSING SUMMIT WAS NOT ONLY TALKING ABOUT THE ISSUE OF HOUSING SHORTAGE AND WHERE WE NEED TO FILL IN THE GAPS, BUT WE WERE PUTTING PEOPLE WHO ARE THE INVESTORS AND THE BANKERS AND THE LENDERS IN TOUCH WITH THE INNOVATORS.
THOSE WHO HAVE NEW HOUSING, PRODUCT, NEW TECHNOLOGIES FOR BUILDING A HOME.
THOUGHT IT WAS VERY INTERESTING.
ONE OF THE PRESENTERS SAID, THE WAY HOMES HAVE BEEN BUILT HAVE BEEN BUILT THIS WAY FOR A CENTURY.
UM, IT TAKES ABOUT A YEAR TO BUILD A HOUSE WITH A WOOD STICK CONSTRUCTION, ET CETERA.
AND THERE ARE TECHNOLOGIES NOW THAT ARE OUT THERE, THEY CAN BUILD A HOME FAR SHORTER TIMEFRAME.
UH, SOME OF THEM ARE PREFABRICATED, SOME OF THEM ARE SORT OF 3D PRINTER.
THINK OF A, A GIANT 3D PRINTER, UH, PLACED ON THE SITE LOADED WITH CONCRETE OR MASONRY AND, UH, ABLE TO BUILD A HOME USING THIS TYPE OF TECHNOLOGY MUCH FASTER THAN WHAT, UM, IT WOULD BE DONE UNDER YOUR TRADITIONAL.
SO THOSE NEW TECHNOLOGIES ARE THINGS THAT WE HAVE TO EVALUATE AND EMBRACE IN LOCAL COMMUNITIES IF WE'RE GONNA TAKE ON THE, THE ISSUE OF SOME OF THE, UH, HOUSING SHORTAGES AND, AND CREATING AFFORDABLE HOUSING.
SO, UH, THAT WAS A VERY INTERESTING CONFERENCE AND WE CERTAINLY EXPECT THAT WE'LL BE, UH, HOSTING ADDITIONAL ONES AS WELL.
UH, WE ALSO HAVE A, UM, WELL IT'S ASKING FOR MY ID HERE.
SO WE HAVE A JOINT MEETING THIS AFTERNOON AT 4:00 PM WITH THE EDC.
SO IF YOU'RE INTERESTED IN THOSE TYPES OF THINGS, YOU CAN TUNE IN, YOU CAN COME IF YOU'D LIKE.
UH, BUT THE EDC AND THE CITY WILL, WE HOST A JOINT MEETING A COUPLE TIMES A YEAR.

SO THAT CITY COUNCIL, UH, HAS AN OPPORTUNITY TO SEE THAT THEY WILL TALK ABOUT SOME OF OUR PROJECTS WHERE WE ARE IN SOME OF OUR, THAT MOST OF THAT WILL BE DONE IN EXECUTIVE SESSION, BUT, UH, IT IS A GOOD OPPORTUNITY TO KINDA LEARN WHAT'S HAPPENING FROM AN EDC, UH, CITY STANDPOINT.
SO IF YOU'D LIKE TO TUNE IN ON THAT, THAT WOULD BE GREAT.
UM, THE OTHER THING I WANTED TO POINT OUT HERE, IF I CAN FIND IT, I SHOULD HAVE CIRCLED IT, UM, AT THE LAST COUNCIL MEETING THAT WE HAD, UM, WE APPROVED ZONING FOR THE, UM, UH, THE, THE BEACH PROJECT, UM, CANNON BEACH.
UH, AND THAT IS LOCATED AT, UH, STACY AND 1 21, UH, VERY EXCITING PROJECT.
THEY HAD TO GET FINAL ZONING, WHICH WE DIDN'T THINK WAS GONNA BE AN ISSUE, BUT THEY HAD TO GET THAT IN PLACE.
UH, BUT THAT PROJECT IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION AS WELL.
THAT'S GONNA BE A THREE ACRE LAGOON, UH, POND.
IT HAS WAVE A WAVE MAKER TO CREATE WAVES FOR SURFING, FULL-BLOWN SURFING, UH, THAT THEY'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY.
IN FACT, SURFERS WILL TELL YOU THAT ONE HOUR OF SURFING ON ONE OF THOSE IS EXHAUSTING BECAUSE THE WAVES DON'T STOP.
THEY JUST KEEP COMING AND YOU DON'T GET A CHANCE TO REST AND WAIT FOR A WAVE TO SHOW UP IN THE OCEAN, UH, LIKE YOU WOULD NORMALLY DO.
THEY, THESE WAVES JUST KEEP COMING SO THEY GET PLENTY OF PRACTICE AND PLENTY OF OPPORTUNITY.
SO WE'RE EXCITED ABOUT THAT PROJECT.
IT'S GONNA BE CREATED DIFFERENT TYPE OF, UH, MIXED USE DEVELOPMENT, UH, AGAIN AT THE CORNER OF STACEY AND 1 21.

THEY HAVE A NEW INITIATIVE, A PILOT PROJECT.
WE ARE THEIR FIRST CITY THAT THEY'RE, THEY'VE ASKED TO WORK WITH.
UH, WE'VE, WE'RE IN THE BLEEDING EDGE PERHAPS.
UH, BUT WE ARE GONNA BE WORKING WITH THEM ON IDENTIFYING, WE'VE IDENTIFIED A SECTOR, A, A, A PARTICULAR, UM, UM, PROFESSION OR SKILL SECTOR.
AND WE'RE GONNA WORK ON HOW DO WE NOW, UM, GET, DELIVER, UH, THE WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT ECOSYSTEM AS A COMMUNITY.
HOW DO WE ORGANIZE OUR, UH, EFFORTS AS A COMMUNITY FROM THE HIGH SCHOOL LEVEL TO COMMUNITY COLLEGE LEVEL TO THE EMPLOYERS SO THAT WE CAN HAVE, UH, MORE SKILLED WORKERS AND PROVIDE THE RESOURCES THEY MIGHT NEED.
SO, FOR EXAMPLE, UH, THE, THE INDUSTRY SECTOR WE'RE LOOKING AT IS HOSPITALITY.
SO YOU THINK OF VENUE, THINK OF RESTAURANTS, THINK OF HOTELS AND EVERYTHING IN BETWEEN.
THEY'RE NOT NECESSARILY THE HIGHEST PAYING JOBS, ALTHOUGH THEY'RE OFTENTIMES, UH, JOBS THAT PEOPLE WILL USE TO START THEIR CAREER AND LEARN, UH, SKILLS AND, AND THEN EXPAND FROM THERE.
BUT BARRIERS ARE SOMETIMES HOUSING, SOMETIMES,

UH, THE BARRIERS ARE ALSO, UH, DAYCARE.UH, AND THAT'S WHERE THE WORKFORCE, UH, DEVELOPMENT FOLKS OF NORTH CENTRAL TEXAS CAN HELP.
UH, THEY CAN STEP IN WITH RESOURCES, BUT WE HAVE TO COORDINATE ALL OF THIS.
AND SO THIS IS AN EFFORT TO WORK AT THE LOCAL LEVEL, COORDINATING A MORE INTEGRATED FASHION.
THERE ARE VARIOUS RESOURCES TO BE ABLE TO DELIVER.
UM, AND IN THAT CASE, UH, HOSPITALITY, WHAT WE HOPE IS ONCE WE GET THAT GOING, UH, WE CAN THEN EXPAND IT INTO OTHER INDUSTRY SECTORS, MAYBE THAT REQUIRE DIFFERENT SETS OF SKILLS, HIGHER LEVELS OF SKILL SETS.
UM, BUT WE DIDN'T WANNA COMPLICATE IT TOO MUCH, SO WE KEPT IT AT FAIRLY, RELATIVELY MODEST SKILL SETS REQUIRED SO WE CAN KIND OF GET THIS PROJECT GOING.

AND YOU'LL ALSO SEE THE NEWS, UH, RELEASE THAT YOU'LL FIND ATTACHED A WORD, UH, ON THE MCKINNEY FRONT PORCH, WHICH OUR CITY MANAGER HAS ALREADY ELABORATED ON, UM, THE AFFORDABLE HOUSING SUMMIT, RATHER.
SO IT IS SPONSORED BY THE MCKINNEY FRONT PORCH, WHICH IS A COLLABORATIVE INITIATIVE ORIGINALLY CONVENED BY MCDC.
THAT INCLUDES STAKEHOLDERS INCLUDING THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY MANAGER'S, OFFICE PLANNING, HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT, MCKINNEY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE, MEDC, THE MCKINNEY HOUSING AUTHORITY, HABITAT FOR HUMANITY OF COLLIN COUNTY, ONE HEART MCKINNEY, AND FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS AND OTHER LOCAL LEADERS.
SO THIS IS A COLLABORATION THAT TAKES PLACE, I BELIEVE, QUARTERLY WITH ALL OF THESE GROUPS THAT I JUST NAMED TO CONTINUE TO DISCUSS AND TO FIND, UH, SOLUTIONS THAT WE CAN BENEFIT AND HELP WITH THE AFFORDABLE HOUSING HERE IN THE CITY OF MCKINNEY.
IN TERMS OF GRANTS, UH, THE PROMOTIONAL AND COMMUNITY EVENT GRANTS, THE APPLICATIONS FOR THE FINAL CYCLE WILL BE ACCEPTED, MAY 1ST THROUGH THE 29TH.
AND THE MAXIMUM AWARD IS 15,000, IS AND IS RESTRICTED TO ADVERTISING, MARKETING, AND PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITIES.
IN TERMS OF THE PROJECT GRANTS, PUBLIC HEARINGS ON ELIGIBLE PROJECTS ARE SCHEDULED FOR THE APRIL 23RD BOARD MEETING, UH, WHICH WE'VE ALREADY HEARD.
AND SO ATTACHED YOU WILL FIND THE SUMMARY OF THOSE, UH, REQUESTS RECEIVED.

UH, SO IMPACT, UM, THE OLD COURTHOUSE, KIND OF THE JEWEL OF DOWNTOWN, RIGHT? YOU KNOW, IT IS KIND OF, UH, WHEN, WHEN PEOPLE WANT TO KNOW WHETHER THEY HAVE ARRIVED IN DOWNTOWN MCKINNEY, THEY KINDA OFTEN LOOK TO THIS, UH, BUILDING.

AND THEN INTERIORS, WE ALSO HAVE A LOCAL INTERIOR DESIGN, UH, TEAM, UH, OVER AT HOLOS HOUSE IS HELPING US WITH THE, WITH THAT.
SO, UH, BEFORE WE GET STARTED IN WHAT WE'RE DOING NOW, UM, YOU KNOW, THE, AS YOU MIGHT KNOW, HAVE KNOWN, UH, BASICALLY THE COUNTY HAD, UH, ESSENTIALLY, UH, NOT USED THE BUILDING FOR OVER, UH, 30 PLUS YEARS PRIOR TO, OR AROUND 25 YEARS PRIOR TO THE CITY.

UH, WE HAD SOME, UH, GREAT COUNCIL MEMBERS OF YEARS PAST, UM, THAT REALLY HAD THE FORESIGHT TO, TO, YOU KNOW, WILL THIS

YOU KNOW, I ALWAYS LIKE, AND IT'S HARD TO ASK, UH, PRIVATE INVESTMENT TO, TO MAKE, YOU KNOW, UH, HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS WORTH OF INVESTMENT INTO THEIR PROPERTIES WHEN RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET THERE WERE PIGEONS, ROOSTING.
IN THE THIRD FLOOR, THERE WAS CHAIN LINK FINKS ACROSS.
SO THIS REALLY, UH, SET THE STAGE FOR DOWNTOWN'S REVITALIZATION.
AND, YOU KNOW, THERE WAS A LOT OF OTHER, UM, MOVING PARTS TO THAT, BUT, UH, DOWN, BUT THE OLD COURTHOUSE BUILDING WAS KIND OF KEY TO A LOT OF THAT.
UH, THE BUILDING ALSO HOUSED OUR MAIN STREET PROGRAM AS WELL, UH, CITY STAFF, UM, AND, YOU KNOW, AS LOTS OF DIFFERENT VENUES FOR HOSTING MEETINGS AND THAT SORT OF STUFF, WHICH Y'ALL SHOULD, UH, I THINK ARE VERY FAMILIAR WITH.
UH, THE OVERALL, UH, PROJECT BUDGET IS, UH, JUST OVER 10 MILLION.
UM, YOU KNOW, EIGHT AND A HALF FOR THE CONSTRUCTION, AND THEN ABOUT ONE AND A HALF FOR, UM, OR A MILLION FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AND OTHER ENGINEERING SERVICES, AND THEN 500 FOR FURNITURE FIXTURES AND EQUIPMENT.
SO, YOU KNOW, WE, UH, THERE'S A LOT OF THINGS THAT WE HAVE TO DO.
AND SO, YOU KNOW, TAKING A LOOK ABOUT OUR, OUR GYM THAT HAS KIND OF, UM, GOTTEN A LITTLE DIRTY OVER THE YEARS, UH, SIGNIFICANT INFRASTRUCTURE THINGS THAT, YOU KNOW, A LOT OF PEOPLE, UH, WON'T SEE BEHIND THE WALLS ON THE ROOF, UH, HVAC, ELECTRICAL, EVERYTHING FROM RAILINGS TO, UM, YOU KNOW, DOWNSPOUTS, UM, DRAINAGE, THAT SORT OF STUFF.
UH, INSIDE THE THEATER WE'RE UPGRADING.
WE'RE TAKING THIS AS AN OPPORTUNITY TO UPDATE THE THEATER TECHNOLOGY REPAIR AND UPGRADE THE STAGE, WHICH IS A MODULAR STAGE NOW, OR WHICH WAS A MODULAR STAGE IS NOW GONNA BE A PERMANENT STAGE, IMPROVING THE ACOUSTICS AND ADDING MORE COMFORTABLE SEATING.
I THINK THE LAST ONE IS, UH, A LOT OF PEOPLE'S EXPERIENCE WITH, UH, IMPACT SEATING IS THAT IT WASN'T VERY COMFORTABLE.
UH, WE ARE VARIOUS EXCITED TO HAVE A, A MUCH, UH, MORE USER FRIENDLY SEATING OPTION.

UM, THEY WEREN'T REALLY, UH, DESIGNED TO FIT IN WITH THE HISTORY OF THE BUILDING.
SO, UH, WE'RE, WE'RE ALSO GOING TO MAKE THEM NICER, BUT ALSO MAKE IT FEEL LIKE IT'S KIND OF PART OF THE BUILDING.

SO, UH, WHAT WE HIRED A, UM, WHAT I LIKEN AS A, UM, PAINT ARCHEOLOGIST TO KIND OF GO BACK AND SEE WHAT THE ORIGINAL COLORS WERE.
BACK IN THE THIRTIES WHEN THE, WHEN THE BUILDING WAS, UH, CONSTRUCTED IN ITS CURRENT FORM, UH, THEY HAD CHOSEN A GREEN EXTERIOR ON THE, UM, ON ALL THE WOOD, UH, DETAIL AROUND ALL THE WINDOWS, AND THEN ON THAT PLASTER LEVEL BELOW.
AND SO WE'RE KIND OF GOING BACK TO THAT.
IT'S LIKE A SAGE GREEN, WHICH REALLY, UH, YOU KNOW, THERE WAS A REASON THE ARCHITECTS CHOSE THAT IN THE FIRST PLACE.
I THINK IT DOES ACCENTUATE THE BUILDING IN A VERY NICE WAY.
UH, WE'RE ALSO ADDING AN AWNING TO THE, UH, THE MAIN ENTRANCES ON THE NORTH AND SOUTH SIDE.
THOSE GET A LOT OF WATER PENETRATION CURRENTLY, AND WE'VE HAD TO REPLACE THOSE WINDOWS AND DOORS MULTIPLE TIMES.
UM, SO ONE OF THE, THAT'S GONNA BE A, UH, GLASS ROOF WITH THE, WITH A METAL AWNING THERE, WITH LIGHTS UNDERNEATH.
UM, SO WE'LL STILL SEE THAT ALL THE ARCHITECTURAL DETAILS, BUT IT WILL PROTECT THOSE WINDOWS FROM, UH, DAMAGE.
ANYTIME IT RAINED IT, WE WERE ACTUALLY GETTING WATER PENETRATION AS A BUILDING, WHICH WAS NOT A SUSTAINABLE, UH, PATH.
SO IF YOU REMEMBER JUST A FEW SLIDES AGO, THOSE AWFUL RESTROOMS IN THE, IN THE BASEMENT, THIS IS OUR KIND OF UPDATED, UH, VERSION OF THOSE PULLING OUT THE, THE COLORS AND THE SCHEME, UM, YOU KNOW, BRASS FINISHES, UH, REALLY MAKING IT FEEL LIKE A, A MORE THEATRICAL ENVIRONMENT WHEN YOU GO INTO THE SPACE.

UM, THE ONE THING I WILL, UH, TALK ABOUT IS, UH, THE, THE COLORS.

UH, OBVIOUSLY POLISHING ALL THE MARBLE, UH, KIND OF CLEANING UP THE FLOORS, SO THE FLOORS WILL REMAIN, BUT THERE'LL BE A LOT, ALMOST TWO SHADES BRIGHTER.
UM, YOU'LL SEE THE DRAPERY TO ADD A MORE THEATRICAL, UH, ENVIRONMENT

AND WE ARE ACTUALLY ON TARGET, UH, TO, UH, TO COMPLETE THIS PROJECT BY, UH, MID, UM, UH, NOVEMBER.
SO, UH, I'M GONNA KNOCK ON WOOD SOMEWHERE,
UH, WE HAD, UH, THE HISTORIC ORGAN, UM, WAS IN THE, IN THE BUILDING.
IT WASN'T ORIGINAL TO THE BUILDING.
