WHEREAS JACOBY WALTER, BORN SEPTEMBER 4TH, 20, 2004 IN BIRMINGHAM, ALABAMA, MOVED TO MCKINNEY, TEXAS, AND SINCE HAS BEEN A PROUD MEMBER OF THIS COMMUNITY. JACOBY ATTENDED REUBEN JOHNSON ELEMENTARY. EVANS MIDDLE SCHOOL AND MCKINNEY HIGH SCHOOL, WHERE HE EXCELLED ACADEMICALLY AND ATHLETICALLY, EARNING NUMEROUS HONORS, INCLUDING DISTRICT MVP, FRESHMAN OF THE YEAR, ALL STATE RECOGNITION, LEADING HIS TEAM TO A HISTORIC STATE CHAMPIONSHIP IN 2023. HE COMPLETED HIS HIGH SCHOOL EXPERIENCE AT LINK ACADEMY AFTER EARNING NUMEROUS NATIONAL BASKETBALL HONORS. HE THEN ATTENDED BAYLOR UNIVERSITY. HE WAS NAMED BIG 12 BASKETBALL FRESHMAN OF THE YEAR AND BAYLOR'S OVERALL ATHLETE OF THE YEAR. SCOPE OF WORK HERE SHOWN IN KIND OF THE GREEN AREAS. SO JUST TO ORIENT YOU, THE RUNWAYS AT THE BOTTOM. THIS IS THE WESTERNMOST PARALLEL TAXIWAY IN THE SOUTHERN PORTION OF THE AIRPORT, REHABILITATING THE TAXIWAY CONNECTORS. AND THEN WE'RE ADDING A NEW TAXIWAY CONNECTOR BETWEEN ALPHA AND BRAVO THAT WILL ENABLE ACCESS DIRECTLY TO THAT PORTION THAT'S BEING DEVELOPED BY TEXAS INSTRUMENTS TODAY, WIDENING THAT TAXIWAY A BIT, REMOVING SOME PAVEMENT AT THE SOUTH END AS WELL. EXCUSE ME. MARIO SINACOLA WAS THE LOW BID FROM FROM THE BIDS WE RECEIVED, AIRPORTS ENGINEER RECORD REVIEWED THE BIDS FOR ACCURACY AND CONTRACT COMPLIANCE, AND THE TOTAL PROJECT COST WITH THE CONTINGENCY IS $7.6 MILLION.
