6. Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on the Request by Metro PCS, L.L.C., on Behalf of Bracken Mini Storage, for Approval of a Request to Rezone Approximately 1.92 Acres, from "PD" - Planned Development District to "PD" - Planned Development District, Generally to Allow a Telecommunication Tower and Equipment Shelter, Located on the North Side of U.S. Highway 380 (University Drive) and Approximately 750 Feet East of Custer Road.
