FOR CONVEYANCE FLAT AND THE SIZE OF EACH TRACKED REQUIRED FOR A CONVEYANCE PLAT ER, THE APPLICANT BEING ABLE TO RESPOND TO THAT EASEMENT MAY AFFECT THE LAYOUT OF THE LOT, WHICH IS WHY WE'RE RECOMMENDING DISAPPROVAL.
