PRESENTATION TO WE REALLY FOCUSED ON THE MAXIMUM ACCESSIBLE FEES AND THE RECOVERABLE COST YOU KIND OF REMEMBER THIS GRAPH THAT WE SHOWED. I'LL STOP AT THAT POINT OR GO DOWN, DEPENDING ON SERVICE AREA. ALSO WE'RE RECOMMENDING A NINE MONTH GRACE PERIOD FOR THE ROADWAY INFRASTRUCTURE FEES. OUR RECOMMENDATION FOR THE UTILITY IMPACT FEES. I KNOW WE'LL DIG INTO THIS A LITTLE BIT MORE. UM BUT HERE IT IS FOR YOU. WE'RE INCREASING THE WATER RATE FEES, TOO. MAXIMUM TO THE MAXIMUM ACCESSIBLE FEET, ALSO FOR THE CURRENT WATER, AND WHERE THAT WE'RE INCREASING THE CURRENT WATER HOLD ON A SECOND.

TRYING TO MOVE TOO FAST HERE. OUR CURRENT WASTEWATER IMPACT FEES WILL BE INCREASING FOR THE MCKINNEY INFRASTRUCTURE COSTS AND ALSO 50% OF THE NORTH TEXAS MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT COST.

AGAIN WITH THOSE IMPACT FEES. WE'RE LOOKING AT A NINE MONTH GRACE PERIOD. WE'LL TALK ABOUT THAT A LITTLE MORE AT THE END OF THE PRESENTATION. KEEP IN MIND THAT ANY FEES THAT DO GO INTO EFFECT OR THAT DO GO DOWN WILL GO INTO EFFECT IMMEDIATELY. SO DO YOU GET THAT BENEFIT? SO AS WE START TO TALK, LET'S DIVE IN. THOSE FEES ARE BASED ON SERVICE AREA AND LAND USE. SO EACH INDIVIDUAL LAND USE IN EACH SERVICE AREA GETS THEIR OWN FEET. SO IF WE START TALKING ABOUT THAT, KEEP DOWN IN MIND.

ALSO, ROADWAY IMPACT FEES CAN ONLY BE ASSESSED WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS. WE CAN ONLY ASSESS THEM WHERE. PEOPLE ACTUALLY LIVE IN THE CITY. SO JUST KIND OF ORIENT YOU ON THIS MAP HERE.

SO ALL THESE NUMBERS THAT YOU SEE ARE PER SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING UNIT, WHICH IS JUST A SINGLE FAMILY HOME. YOU CAN SEE HERE. CURRENT RATE. ABOUT $3800 IS WHAT WE CHARGED. YOU KIND OF NOTICE THAT MOST OF OUR SERVICE AREAS ARE THE SAME IN WHAT WE HAVE BEEN CHARGING. THAT WAS A DECISION THAT WE MADE PREVIOUSLY TO KIND OF CAP. AND THEY'RE A LITTLE BIT MORE BUILT OUT AS YOU CAN SEE WHERE THEY WERE LOCATED LOCATED AT ON THE SERVICE AREA. SO WHAT DOES THAT MEAN FOR HOW WE COMPARE SO MCKINNEY AS YOU LOOK AT OUR RATES FOR SINGLE FAMILY HOMES WERE RIGHT THERE BETWEEN FRISCO AND PROSPER, SO SEEMED TO BE RIGHT IN LINE WITH EVERYTHING ELSE THAT GROWING CITIES AND MCKINNEY ARE WITH OUR SISTER CITIES. SO IT LOOKS LIKE OUR RATES ARE PRETTY GOOD THERE. ONE THING I DO WANT TO MENTION. I AM GOING TO GO THROUGH THESE TABLES QUITE A BIT QUITE QUICKLY. SO, LIKE ALAN AND PLANT SO SOMEBODY COMES UP BUILDS. 20 STORY BUILDING. THERE'S NO IMPACT FEES THAT THEY PAY. FOR ADDED TRAFFIC AND UTILITIES AND EVERYTHING ELSE IS THAT WHAT YOU'RE TELLING ME? YOU KNOW WHAT ONCE THEY HIT THAT BUILD OUT, AND THEY STOP CHARGING IMPACT FEES THAN THAT IS CORRECT, OKAY? UH, LET'S GET BACK TO MULTI FAMILY. SO AS WE LOOK AT MILTON AT THE TABLE FOR MULTI FAMILY SCREEN, YOU COULD SEE THAT ALMOST ALL OF THE SERVICE AREAS THEY'RE GOING UP. THERE'S JUST A FEW THAT HAVE GONE DOWN AND THOSE AIR SERVICE AREAS H J AND K. SO TYPICAL OF WHAT WE'VE BEEN SEEING. ON THE SINGLE FAMILY. SO SINCE THE SERVICE AREAS IS THE MCKINNEY SAID THE DIFFERENT SERVICE AREAS YEAH, WAY. LET IT ALL OUT.

IT JUST HAPPENS THAT OUR HIGHEST OUR SERVICE AREA THAT CHARGES THE MOST TAKES US ABOVE AND SO YOU SEE US ON THAT LEFT HAND SIDE OF THE CHART THERE, BUT AS YOU LOOK AT OUR LOWEST SERVICE AREA, IT PUTS US QUITE A BIT LOWER THAN SOME OF THE OTHER SERVICE AREAS.
